I partially agree with the guy, in the sense that too many discoveries are detrimental to the strategy part of the game. In the same way that too much randomness is.
But like in all long-lived games, I either swim with it or just get out and move on. Complaining about good old times won't bring them back.

3/3, deal 5 damage...that's a lot for 3 mana. Probably can't play it on curve very often though.
Brann plus a couple of these is a solid 20 face damage for 9 mana.

Last thing this game needs is more discover. So many current state of game problems can be traced back to discover and targeted draw.

Yes, once you've been to legend once, why repeat the grind? There's no more big reward for you. I got there, got my legendary, and now I stop at D5 every month for my free epic.

I draw a golden guff a while back, so I was really hoping for a guff nerf. Bummer.
Also, it’s time to nerf discover to not include legendary minions. And all discover a card in your decks would be better as draw a card from your deck.

For sure, though they’ve been careful to avoid good battlecries for that. I’m sure something will work out. Bolner doesn’t work with targeted battlecries, which never made sense with the wording on his card.

I guess bolner plus azshara plus three 1 drops can get you four ancient relics. Is that combo worth anything? I can’t remember what the relics are anymore.

Looks like a mech colossus is on its way for paladin. I hope it’s a submarine or at least something that looks like it’s underwater instead of the Boomsday mech for Mage.
also, if the mech support is there, this will be a 2 mana, draw 3-4, which is everything that’s been wrong with HS recently.

Quest hunter is even less interesting to play an$ to play against than face hunter. It makes no sense to support that with a card like this.
