I don't know man, every time I play even paladin and my opponent has both defiles, both hellfires, Godfrey on Curve, and two lackeys with both pacts in the top 14 cards I can do nothing but yield to his incredibly superior play and display of skill and acumen for the game of SkillSto ... sorry, Hearthstone
Oh look, my opponent coined out a Flame Geyser against my 1 health turn one minion rather than just hero powering, all while having zero elemental synergy all game and playing the 1/2 into my volatile elemental that was already going to trade into his 1 health minion
Turns out he's rank 23 but wins anyways because 3 Blizzards, 2 Book of Scepters, and on curve minions every single turn is all that's required to do anything in this pathetic excuse for a game
Better go back to Casinostone, I mean ranked
What an absolute travesty of a game, to think you can legitimately rotate out a year's worth of cards and have zero impact on the top decks in the game, yet pretend you have a full staff of 40 hour a week employees actually contributing and not just watching Cowboy Bebop while tabbed out playing MTGArena and streaming LoL

But meta is basicly 50% of Paladins and Warlocks and 50% of other classes so it's a very good strategy. Knowledge of meta - that's the point.
So if you make a deck to beat these two classes and then get 2 warlocks and 3 paladins in 20 games, you could go absolutely nowhere or even lose stars depending on how you perform in the other 15 matches - and that's assuming you pull the 70-80% WR in those 5 games which is not a large enough sample size to adequately measure how your deck actually performs, and leaves you incredibly open to RNG in the mull and draws)
It's all an RNG crap shoot no matter how you slice it, and it's annoying
I had a 65% w/r (37-20) from rank 4 to legend, including 10-3 against warlock and 8-2 against paladin.
Maybe this is the consistent deck you're looking for.
Good luck!
This is what's frustrating
Build a deck to counter Warlock and Paladin, then face them in 23 matches to get a net gain of 13 stars against them, when you needed a total of 17 to hit Legend. So, essentially, you went basically 50% against everything else (with a net gain of 4 stars) and then were blessed to have 50% of your matchups against decks you counter, probably drew well or even, and thus won
I wish I could live in a universe where I make a deck to counter X and Y and then the game gives me X and Y 50% of my next 60 matches, all with good draws and luck so that I can get the 75% WR that I designed my deck to do
I went 8-0 with the first chick with no clue what bundles there are, then 4-1 and 8-0 with the next guy, then 8-0 with the next, but I have now won 37 times with her and been unable to win no matter what combo of crap you get
Her hero power is worthless, her base deck is worthless, you need all 4 treasures to work together, you need RNG on the final boss, it's completely unfun
The fact that 1) they put her as the final hero and 2) I have to progress through this trash to get the card back I want is a slap in the face from Blizz who purposely designed this to be as little fun as possible
20-40 minutes per run to get to the final fight which then is RNG-based, and then giving ZERO INCENTIVE to ever play dungeon again - it's a total joke
And you win or lose on a 50% win rate, then win or lose the next on the same 50% win rate to go absolutely nowhere, all the while needing to gain (minimum) 25 net stars EVERY month to hit legend, assuming you started at rank 5, even though there's really no difference in skill or capability from ranks 10 to legend
Definitely isn't a requirement to make HS a full time job to hit Legend each month, though
Assuming that holds true, I came out way ahead. Counting 1 of 2 cards as .5 (i.e. 1 epic instead of the 2 I gave .5 points instead of 0 or 1. This also isn't including goldens or dust). In 78 packs I got this:

Probably
Most women cheat, or at least lust after other men, even while married - and think nothing of it
They justify it by stating that all men are pigs and just using them for their body anyways
