I agree I've been playing this deck with a positive wr and it actually feels like your playing most games.
Unfortunately it lacks heals/Armour for survival against agro and often gets hars countered in a very broken meta. This can be frustrating to say the least, but it is still competitive.
They didn't have to cheat, you can queue actions before the actual animations have played out, at least on PC. It is not at all uncommon to have animations finish after your opponent's turn has seemingly ended.
Agreed, tbf the original hero cards had a similar impact, this is just more broken. The new hero cards are high powered to, and now with lower mana costs.
I'm very concerned that the new set will just amplify the overall problem of low quality experience.
A few of the quests could be balanced better, but some pretty much never see play. On the whole, I don't think quests are too much of a problem. Let's see what the situation is a week or two after the launch of FiAV.
Personally, I'd rather see card draw toned down (which makes it too easy to assemble combo pieces, find the cards you need, draw through your deck, etc. - making decks hyperefficient and very reliable as well as too many games feel exactly the same) and, to a lesser extent, mana cheating.
That's an interesting idea. I guess they realized that it's not fun to play a game and draw at most half of your deck, if you're lucky.
The problem still stands: they cater to those who want fast games and gave up on having games end in fatigue...
Trying to slow down the game now doesn't mean it's not going to get too fast again next year... Basically they have no predictability anymore, which for me means not spending any money on it again. Not even for the BG bundle. Instead of allowing both game archetypes to coexist, they simply bounce between a version of each, which not even that is good enough.
Fast equals low skill ceiling. If I wanted 3 to 5 minutes games I'd go play Yugioh where the first play wins the game.
This shit, I mean HS, is just toxic and unenjoyable. I've never seen so many players auto concede in legends ranks as now since release. It's that bad.
Welcome to late expansion ladder, thisjis nothing new for the entirety of Hearthstones life.
Players will always figure out the most efficient decks and the base will gravitate towards them. This got a lot worse in recent years as T5 moved away from the rock paper scissor model. At least in previous years hard counters would keep the meta rotating a little.
In standard, right now, the coin is less of a problem or controversial than its ever been imo.
The game (while not having the purest of agro decks or the past) is arguable in its overall fastest state with matches being the shortest ever on average. When was the last time anyone experienced a 40+ minute match in standard?
My point: going first has always been the advantage and in the current state of short matches, going first is an even bigger advantage producing t4/5 wins consistently in the current standard meta. The coin is no more than a token that feels bad, even as a spell right now it does not have much added value. Maybe in days of yore for mage quest and Uber rogue combos but that argument has no validity in the current standard meta, arena or duels.
TL:DR the advantage of the coin doesn't exist in the current meta and probably won't cha get in the future given the direction of the game.
Nope it's normal. Animations can carry over into your turn.
Historically there has been 2 or 3 decks that can take your entire turn and you just lose to animations. The second it's your turn your turn just ends.

I'd be fine e with juggernaut cannot summon smite.

No one can complete the set yet. Because of the choice of one or the other pre release 4mana legs.
But both will be available.

People who can spell and use proper grammar perhaps? I don't know, just spitballing.
Just to be clear are you suggesting being an uneducated brat is the definition of having a life?
People have fun in different ways. Most by not inviting people like you to the party.

Don't forget jugger summoning Smite, allowing for 8+ mana worth of charge, but that's not helping the argument I suppose.

You sir speak the truth. The quests are 100% to cater to low skill base crowd. +1

Other than a quest priest game can't last much more than 10 to 15 minutes on the long side because you know, the quest...
So didn't happen mate.

Not a bug, probably never going to change.
