Don't know about you guys, but since the latest nerfs I only saw 1 deck that utilizes Bad Luck Albatross (and it was ress priest) until now. And only that time I saw the bird and never again. I think the devs did okay job about this nerf. What do you think about this nerf? It passed some time so I think it is okay to talk about it when we all had time to see if the nerf did its thing.
Dude, you realize that doesn't prove anything. A F2P player can indeed have an expensive deck if he/she knows hot to approach the game like I mentioned before. There isn't a hidden rule in the game that F2P players must have cheap fast decks and no expensive ones. I could have easily disenchant entire collection for this deck and have no other cards than these AND being a F2P player. Is this how you argue with people, repeating your sentence over and over like you are making a point?
Edit: and what did you expect from a highlander mage to cost? 1000 dust? 2000 dust? Just search for every highlander mage out there on the internet and you will find out that every one of them (except a pre-made blizzard one...maybe?) is expensive.
Bad Luck Albatross because it kills so many arhetypes (any highlander deck, no minion mage, pure paladin). Especially with priest when they duplicate it and resurrect it million times. Then you are really screwed. You restrict your deck for 3 or 4 cards that you can (but don't have to) find in first 10-12 turns. But this card always seems to be played on turn 3 and die the following and you are just screwed on turn 3 for the most of the game because you draw them near the end of the game.
Mind you I am F2P player. Did not spend a single cent on Hearthstone since the beginning. I don't play wild so disenchanting every wild card and try to maximize dust and gold. 3 days ago I already started saving for the next expansion. And most of these cards are from previous expansions. So yeah, not p2w at all.
Because it is aggro meta with Demon Hunters, regular Hunters, Totem Shamans, Warriors etc.
Poly is mainly good against big things early on like Edwin which I didn't see at all while climbing ladder. And when you get to later turns you already have 8-10 mana to deal with big minions with Reno's, Alex, AoE's, Dragoncaster or Tortollan into something...
I personally didn't feel to put it in the deck but if you have the feel to put it then swap it with maybe Maiev or something that rarely helps you.
Hit legend couple of days ago for the first time since 2014. I climbed to diamond 5 with my handlock and then i just travelled back and forth from diamond 5 to diamond 4 with handlock. Then I decided I would try to reach first legend with my favorite class mage so I tried my highlander mage and just reached legend in couple of hours. I even posted the deck here so you can try if you want to. So happy but yeah like most people said here don't get tilted and you are not unluckiest person. Bad thing always happen but soon do the good ones too.
DH don't have a hero card or a prime minion, is very vulnerably to freeze effects and classes with good healing.
Before nerfs I agree was OP but after is just a strong class now.
Instead nerf DH again some buffs for paladin, warrior and mage will be welcome.
Agree. Just don't think mage needs a buff since it has 2 powerful archetypes that are competitive against most of the meta.
But agree on buffing paladin and warrior. Even shaman got out of pit of thrash with Totem and Galakrond Evolve decks. Although not fan of the warrior I would see every class represented with decent and competitive decks.
First of all, I don't play wild so keep in mind that I won't talk about 2 wild cards.
Sac Pac - target friendly demons. Restore 5 health
Albatross - maybe increasing the mana cost by 1 or reducing stats by -1/-1. Or making the deathrattle into: Shuffle 1/1 albatrosses into BOTH player's deck. This way it won't be autoinclude into almost every deck. This way decks that draw too fast or decks that don't have the no duplicate restriction won't be bothered by getting 2 1/1 birds into their deck as well.
Fellwing - maybe mana cost to 5 or 6 or lower the stats by 1 health
Kael'thas - maybe third spells cost 1 mana or just make it that you can use his effect once per turn?
DH cards would be the Battlefiend make it 1 attack (grows slower) or 1 health (same growth but easy to kill). Second card would be Priestess of Fury reducing the effect to only minions or reducing stats by -1/-1 (maybe? not so sure)
Anyways, my predictions. Honestly I'm fine by the meta that it it right now. Personally I'm not having problems with any of these cards so even without these balance changes I'm fine with it, but also curious how will meta change after them.

It happened again. I posted couple of months ago about the same thing when some patch happened so maybe it is the similar patch that did this.

Yeaaah... Kinda expensive...
I'm a Mage main so I tend to have almost every Mage card.

Nice job. Keep up winning and good luck :)

How much percentage is needed to change your mind because right now "Yes" is winning?

Thank you, glad to hear that :)

Sure.
Beating pretty much anyone (not always) except Big Druids and Shamans.

I just posted a Highlander Mage deck that I used to climb to legend with it (from Diamond 5) so if you want to try it here it is.
But to Diamond 5 I used Handlock to climb to there.
