As the owner of a minion with a deathrattle that summons another minion, you usually never want to trigger that deathrattle yourself. You want to keep the deathrattle active to make your board more resistent to clears, hence why such minions are called "sticky". This card is absolutely worth its value.
This card would actually be good in the current meta due to all the rushing beasts hunter has access to, so the hero power isn't completely terrible if you have no board presence.
Hm... it's a very interesting condition and buff. Without the buff it's terrible, and aggro will run you over while you invoke, will probably just be played, and if, in long value matches where it would be easier to trigger the condition.
I don't think it's possible to play this card without the buff.
It's a fun deck for sure, but it suffers a lot vs slow control matchups where they can just ignore your secrets (esp druid). If you don't draw Rexxar early in these matchups they can be very tough.
Ranked from 5 to 3 using this deck, seems to have a very solid WR against a lot of the current meta matchups. Playing around your opponents removal options is extremely important to get the most value out of your Frothing Berserker, Darius Crowley and The Lich King.
Savannah Highmanes are honestly very good to recruit, and their deathrattle is decent to be put on an ooze as well. Although I guess that would dilute the point of this deck to have play dead value with the recruit mechanic.

Not playing standard until the nerfs go live. At least Battlegrounds is still fun!

I'd say drop the secret package entirely and run more early game minions/dragons. Drop the bow and use the new Hammer that doesn't lose durability.

This card is absolutely disgusting. 5 mana for 10/8 rushing stats, nice one Blizzard.

Finally, beasts for Hunter! Now we just need some decent early drops.

Good with Houndmaster Shaw. Clear the board with rushing beasts and then resummon them to gain huge tempo or keep clearing if required.

That said, very fun vs aggro!

Shameless bump for some kind of explanation or insight into this.
