Sets up your C'thun for next turn IF your opponent fails to kill it, Rogues can bounce it back to their hands for some crazy combos, priests can silence it. etc. Even if your C'thun is dead or not with right setup this can give a huge boost to all C'thun decks.Personally i would auto include this card to any C'thun deck with some spells to deal with deathrattle effect.

Here is the story of Safeguard the Temple: Before C'Thun’s cultists can properly worship and strengthen their god, the Temple of Ahn’Qiraq needs to be protected from all those pesky Questing Adventurers. So, deploy a number of traps to disrupt their progress, and you’ll be rewarded with Fankriss the Unyielding, who promptly brings all the cultists remaining in your deck to the party!
The card itself is intended to make C’Thun Hunter an option as well as give hunters a powerful source of card draw that they have to earn. Professor Putricide synergy helps complete the quest, too.

Since hunter didn't have class card for buffing C'Thun, i want to try C'Thun in hunter deck. A 3-drop beast with 3/1 body seems weak, but with Adapt you can get 6/1 Boar "Rager" on steroid, 3/4 "Boar Tank (Spider Tank)", 4/2 "Huffer", Beast version of Scarlet Crusader, or Eggnapper. this card also Adapt your C'thun, you can give it +3 Attack or +1/+1 for more split damage, Can't targeted by spells or hero power for anti single removal, Taunt / Divine shield / Windfury still good for buffing C'Thun, on top of that Poisonous for board clear. With Brann Bronzebeard that can fit well in any C'thuns deck, this card can show it's true potential..

CheeseEtc posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 6.07 - Submission TopicMORAGG - It's called an observer (https://wow.gamepedia.com/Observer). Although demons as a whole are NOT affiliated with Old Gods (they're supposed to hate each other), observers "are willingly offering their services in exchange for the opportunity to consume new forms of magic" and they can even be pirates!
A way for C'Thun decks to not stay behind on tempo while not giving up value.

Sad to say it but you gotta come up with something else now FeelsBadMan.
HAHA :'D...It definitely throws a spanner, but I actually feel Moorabi is terrible unless it gets something along the lines of Freezing Rain. like, 6 mana 4/4... ugh, now, as a shaman player, that feels bad man D:. It would have to be a T 8 combo Moorabi+ Freezing Rain as ol 6m 4/4 won't be around for long. I dunno, to me it still seems within the realms as we're talking about a completely new set of tools for a 'freeze-shaman deck'. As someone posted, Spirit Echo does a similar job, although you can pick opponent's minions but still very clunky. I really think Moorabi is lame as is :'/ sniffU can set him up with a T5 Voodoo Hexxer to play him on curve or leave it for T7/T8 combos with 1-2 Glacial Shards or Frost Shocks.Mby u can change the direction ur goin with your spell and make it target only your minions as a kind of card generation for the cost of not being able to attack with em for one turn. It would aslo give u back Moorabi himself to keep the cards coming in the future :)i think that's too specific and I also think that the current support cards around Moorabi are being over valued. glacial shard is only good in Qrogue, Frostshock/Frostele/frozen crusher are all unplayable atm. Voodoo hexxer is ok, but it's a very weak offensive minion taking up a slot, Cryostasis + Icebreaker are highly situational/combination cards that require all of these other weak cards in a deck. Now Moorabi, very weak stats and extremely situational (perhaps the most situational card ever made?)Here we have 17 weak/very weak cards needing the support of 13 other cards to steer a deck toward control (I think?)... I'm no great player, but I think Freezing Rain is exactly the kind of card required. Useful on its own, better in combination. NONE of the cards mentioned are good on their own and I don't see an existing shell capable of supporting them atm.edit. oops sorry... misscounted - 13.. i think I'm missing something though. But either way the point stands as this'Freeze-Shell' being weak atmU might be right, but it definitely needs to go back to 3+1 mana now at least :p -

asteroidm posted a message on New Shaman Legendary Reveal - MoorabiPosted in: Card DiscussionQuote from YourPrivateNightmare >>too early to say if this will work, need to see more shaman freeze effects first.
Possible interesting combos include: Thing from Below at 0 mana with Cryostasis; Frost Shock (or any other freeze effect) on an enemy minion and then destroying it with Icebreaker possibly quite insane against certain high value minions, like Savannah Highmane; Cryostasis + Jade cards, tho the cost on Moorabi probably makes that difficult to pull off reliably.
As I see it now Spirit Echoes just seems better unless you really need to copy enemy minions
I mean at 8 mana you can play Thing from Below > Moorabi > Cryostasis > Thing from Below. Now you have and 8/8 taunt and 5/5 taunt protecting moorabi. Or you could Thing from Below > Moorabi > Frost Shock > Frost Shock > Thing from Below > Thing from Below. A lot of potential value here. It's a late game thing, obviously but this obviously go into a control deck as well, so getting to late game is the goal in the first place. I just hope shaman has enough tools to get us there. So far it's looking like there is a solid possibility.I will admit, the above set up is slooooow, especially since you are freezing your own minions right. But it's just like making your and eating your own icee, take it slow or you get a brain freeze...okay that made no sense. -

Hey. Have to put this in since it's my first attempt at designing a card. Hope it's reasonable.

(EDIT - Over load Changed to '2')(EDIT 2.
Reset Overload to 1 - he's legendary and it's 2 mana for 5 stats. Most 2 drops have at least that.Switched the health/attack effect. Wanted him to be playable when no enemy minions were in play. Also some spelling edited.)(EDIT 3 - Reverted to Overload: 2)

cool, thank's for that.

Can anyone clear up why some seem to think this is a random effect? To me it's 'give', as in, control the target, but I can see it's debatable.
2
Downside - it's not great if yr behind against zoo etc except as fodder, and Injured BM might be preferable with CoH, etc. It opens up a more aggro early game deck for priests, I suppose.

Actually, in general, this Nax will turn out very well for priest's more 'shadowy' affairs :). Locks will also be the prime benefactors. It suits the theme, i suppose, which is nice. As they develop different regions/expansions, Hearthstone might have very cool thematic class/site/deck associations.
Great job blizzard devs.

Really solid, difficult to deal with, minion.
The death rattle is just a bonus. One very normal scenario - Soulpriest + CoH won't leave a weak SP anymore on turn 4. Definitely makes aggro think twice.
