If I understand you correctly, the first list of cards are the ones you have, so a lot of the above posts are advising you to get something you already have - if I'm wrong, then yeah,Sylvanas Windrunner and Ragnaros the Firelord/ N'Zoth, the Corruptor is the way to go.
BUT
If I understood you correctly from the cards you are considering I would get:
1st - N'Zoth, the Corruptor - very powerfull, neutral and versatile card, used in a lot of control and midrange decks.
2nd - Tirion Fordring - not going to state this is the best legendary in the game because that is a pretty pointless argument to have, but he is with no doubt up there in the top 5 - of course you can only use it in Paladin, but he is pretty much an autoinclude in (almost) every paladin deck.
I understand your love for the dragon priest, I played it for a long time, I even have a golden Chillmaw that I was lucky enough to get out of a pack, but right now it is not a very strong deck, and remember Chillmaw will be rotating out of standard soon.
My advice was for OP - who says is a new player and disenchanted "a bunch of cards" - I imagine it would be mostly Commons, Rares and Epics from WoG - its just general advice and of course you can find an exception to it - congratulations on that and on your contribution to this thread!
Now take you bicycle and go Rick Roll somewhere else. :D
- DON'T disenchant anything but duplicates - I know its tempting when you are starting out but cards that might seem useless now may become better as new cards come out.
- 1st Craft should be Sylvanas Windrunner - its a Neutral, Classic which means you can use her in any deck and always will be able to. Her effect is very powerfull, versatile and unique.
In current meta I might give a slight edge to Harrison over Ysera because Ysera seems too slow overall and there are a lot of weapon classes on ladder (Shaman, Rogue, Warrior and Hunter).
As for Cairne he has become much stronger with the rotation of Belcher and Loatheb and seeing much less Thaurissan, he is great value as 2x 4/5 for 6 mana.
In short, I would craft Harrison first then Cairne if you plan on playing N'zoth decks or Ysera if you plan on playing Heavy control decks or Dragon decks. You wont regret crafting any of these because they are very good neutral classic set legendaries that you will always be able to use.
- The Black Knight - in current meta can be a very expensive Chillwind Yeti
- Yogg-Saron - is very fun, but in no way a serious competitive card - only usefull as a last resort as if you are loosing the game - and even then is by no means a guaranteed comeback
- Fandral Staghelm - if you really want to play Druid this can be ok, but is not a Crafting priority
- she has always been a top tier Legendary through all the Metas since the beginning
- she can fit in almost every deck
- she is even stronger now that Silence is more expensive
- her efect is completely unique unlike Bloodmage Thalnos, that is very good Legendary but is replaceable (Loot Hoarder if you favor card draw or Kobold Geomancer for spell damage.
- on the long run and as you get more cards and will want to play more decks you will find Sylvanas is far more useful.

Actually this is more like Hellfire than Excavated Evil since it does damage to all characters and not all minions.

Think of a deck you want to play and build your collection toward it.
Make a list of 2 or 3 decks that interest you and then we can give you some advice.

The idea is absurd for ladder. I love playing control, hate aggro, but would not play a game where I can only face similar style decks.
The variety is what makes the game fun.
-- on top of it being just a bad idea how about this?
Any aggro deck + 2x Molten Giant = 50 Mana in 2 cards + your deck you could easily cheat the requirements for your "Control" deck.

Of those I would rate highest:
Ysera Cairne Bloodhoof and Harrison Jones.

Both Totem Golem and Tuskarr Totemic reduce the cost of Thing from Below.

My advice with no hesitation would be Sylvanas Windrunner.
- she has always been a top tier Legendary through all the Metas since the beginning

Don't know if you are just trolling or not.
But you answer your own question when you say he has Azure Drake - Spell damage +1.
So weapon with Oil hits for 4 +1
