This is not how a lot of players think.

It's how most Mage players think, and judging by the recent statistics on this issue, it's also the majority of the playerbase.

If you want a casual game, use the casual game mode. If you want to win in ranked mode, you have to follow the meta and play to its strengths, whether you happen to like the required playstyle or deck etc or not. You can't expect to play Johnny Homebrew and win every game because you had a fun, greedy deck that didn't take into consideration the rest of the current metagame.

It's harsh - and I can't say I enjoy playing against mage right now either; I've always considered Mage to be a joke class, and now more than ever - but the fact is that if you want to win right now then you either join the meta or make a meta-breaker. It's been that way forever, right back to my good old Magic the Gathering days 30-odd years ago. 

One assumes that when you come across a deck you created that happens to win a lot of the time with seeming ease, you take your own advice and concede every match...? You know... for "the integrity"... because otherwise your soap box morality rant is pretty hollow and hypocritical...

Warlock removal and disruption is the whole point of the archetype and is supposed to be like that. 
Seriously, if your deck can't win if it loses one or two key cards then the problem is your deck, not the opponent. 

There's an old proverb about eggs and baskets that applies quite nicely here...

 What? That metaphor doesn't work AT ALL. The Core Set isn't just a free bonus, it's a REPLACEMENT of the basic and classic sets. People earned classic cards, built up a collection of them, and Blizzard decided that even classic wasn't safe from being rotated. Better example:

Guy: You sold my car? The one that I owned and paid for?

Other Guy: Yeah but I got you a new one.

Guy: Can I at least keep that one?

Other Guy: No. You're borrowing it.

Guy: Okay... Is it new at least?

Other Guy: Somewhat.

 I take it you haven't actually looked at your set to see how incorrect your comment is?
Because when I look in mine, I can see all the cards I collected, alongside all the NEW cards that I got literally for free without having to do anything for them.

Guess that's the old Blizzard greed coming into play right there, giving away free stuff. Damn them. I didn't ask for anything and they forced me to have more stuff... so evil... much greed...

Sucky luck indeed, but sadly (as you say) normal. 
I won't mention what I got from my packs but if it makes it better, the legendaries I DID get were pretty much all the really crappy ones :-(

 Because it's not abnout how stable your connection / ping is. It's to do with packet loss, server latency and a host of other bits and pieces that all have an effect.
Just because you have a perfect connection to your ISP doesn't mean your ISP has a perfect connection to Hearthstone's servers. 

For example, sometimes I hit the button to find a match and it glitches and suddenly I am in the game and getting my mulligan. And then I have to wait ages for the other person to "catch up". Plenty of time for me to spam some "Hello! Hello!" emotes etc...

This tired and over-repeated request seems to come up far too often.
Banning a particular class is completely unfeasible and goes totally against the spirit of the game itself. The whole point of the different classes is that they are SUPPOSED to provide direct counters to each other. 
Playing aggro decks? Priest and Warrior are designed to be bad matchups for you.
Playing combo? Aggro decks like Warlock zoo or Rogue Tempo are there to challenge you.
Trying to remove them from your opponent list is basically saying "Wah! I want to be able to win every match without a direct counter to my deck" 

That said, however, I would be in support of being able to ban specific class hero characters from appearing (and replaced with their original counterparts).

I'm not sure that the Albatross is much of a decent card for Odd Hunter. There are much better options for 3-mana. 
You would also need many more deathrattle minions to get any sort of decent use out of Undertaker; and there's hugely better options than him for the 1-cost cards that add a lot more pressure to the opponent.

All in all, Odd Hunter might be a little better than it was before, but I don't think it is particularly "scary" when considering the other decks currently available.

OP has a winrate of 3%. If the matchmaking algorithm is trying to keep their winrate at 50%, it's doing a pretty shitty job. That, or the whole "mAtcHmaKinG iS rigGeD" schtick is nonsense.

 it's almost like the whole "There's a conspiracy against players that the system is trying to matchmake you to make sure you only get 50% win rate" is absolute baloney...
Hmmm..... but surely that can't be right. All my anecdotal evidence of the last 10 games where I randomly got bad matchups proves otherwise...

 You missed my point, its not about teching against the deck. Its about accepting that the gameplay is shit and removing it from the game.

 These kind of tech choices have always been availaible. There is even the demon that summons an entire board of 1/1s. This kind of tech option used to work some of the time against older versions of Big Priest, but overtime the deck, like many wild decks, it has become more powerful, and essentially outstripped its designed anti-tech. The point of my thread is to draw attention to how poorly priest res abilities combine with hearthstones overall mechanics to produce the worst kind of gameplay possible within the game, I would argue within any mode... Blizzard can fix it, if they want to.

It IS fixed. There are literally tech card options that you are being presented with. 
Saying the Blizzard should be "fixing it" is like someone drowning in the sea, ignoring all the ships passing by offering to rescue him and then complaining to St Peter in the afterlife that God should have emptied the ocean. ^_^

The fact is that if you are not taking the available options to defeat this deck or game play, then you are not ever going to beat it. Just sitting there and demanding the deck be removed from the game because it won't let you play your meme-deck-du-jour is basically childish and pointless. 

If you want your complaint to be taken seriously and with an ear for validation then instead of just wailing that the "gameplay is shit" and instead either provide actual feasible changes (that don't require deleting the deck from the game etc) or actually thank people for advice and take it on board.

Alternatively, as was politely pointed out, there's always a thread specifically for this kind of salty rant...
