Hearthpwn

I've been testing this in casual, and I'm looking for some feedback regarding it. There is definitely some refining to this that I think could be good. If I had Harrison, I would use him instead of Gluttonous. Other considerations were trying to go heavy in battlecries with Glacial Shard, and other battlecries for Shudderwock value. I also considered Snowfury/Carnivorous combos with the Sapphire spellstone. It does ok as is vs like Odd Paladin, Spiteful Druid, and Zoolock. It has a hard time vs Even Pally especially if they have the nuts. I haven't played much else so any and all criticism is valid at this time. This is honestly the first deck I've truly tried to make on my own, I know my deckbuilding skills are subpar but I've always loved crusher/control shaman and I'm trying to figure it out now. I do like the odd theme as I get to control which totems show up, I know it may be subpar though.

I'd be interested to see that. In regards to TES, what are twitch drops?

So how is that a problem? If I play right and exhaust my opponents options or if I have a better board state and based upon the information I have exhausted my opponents resources, I should win/be close to closing out the game. That makes sense. If my opponent tutors for an answer, then he deserves the swing back. Yogg, Evolve, and Primordial glyph (because you are tutoring outside your deck) boil down the gamestate to an RNG fiesta that you cant play around. That being said. I get that alternatives could be construed as a superiority complex, and its something to be aware of, but there are alternatives such as LoL to DoTA. However I generally find MOBA communties toxic and would rather stay away from there. That being said, I'm appreciative of the reponses and appreciate your time. Thank you everyone.

I think I have reached my breaking point with this game, with this expac. Ive never been more angry or upset with the current meta, but I espoused those feelings in the proper thread and won't go down that road here. That being said, Ive played Shadowverse and while ok, it didn't grip my attention like Hearthstone did. Is there a decent alternative that's more balanced and has a bigger variety of decks that are playable? Also, preferably with considerably less RNG than HS? I get how sometimes flipping the script is fun and causes, "Oh wow!" moments but if I outplay/ out tempo/have the upper hand and should win, having the rug pulled out from under you with cards like Yogg, etc have an immediate tilting effect and make it to where I would rather invest my time/miney elswlewhere. Long time lurker first time poster in this thread. Is anyone else at their absolute boiling point with non stop druids or high rolling priests (seriously, that deck is an abomination and shouldn't fucking exist, all it fucking is hoping to pull Barnes or survive to drop endless fatties). Fucking clear the board 4 times and still lost to a fucking stupid obsidian statue. Im having the least amount of fun I have ever had in this game. I think im done for a while, maybe permanently. I actually regret the money I spent. More than anything im just sad that the game I genuinely loved turned into this fucking train wreck of shattered hopes.

Gotcha, I didn't understand that it wasn't retro and that it was only for the new expac. I appreciate the answers.

I know this has probably been done to death regarding the new expac and especially with the new legendary changes/pack changes coming in two weeks. I would like some advice however. So I pre-ordered KotF and then also purchased 10 classic packs as well. The reasoning is that I am missing quite of the few staple legendaries from it (IE Tirion, Deathwing, Grom, Jaraxxus, etc.) and I was going to save my 10 pack legendary pull for the classic pack. My main question is, should I in fact wait on the expac for a classic legendary pull or should I put that legendary pull towards the new set? I understand for most people this would be a no brainer, however I'm quite torn, especially since seeing Prof. Putricide and I'm excited to see what else may come and put greater precedence on the new set comparatively to the classic set. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated that may help assuage the conflict I am feeling.

What about replacing Barnes and Faceless for  Cairne and Spirit Echo?

I was looking at this deck and comparing it against the original. I was wondering your thoughts on taking out barnes and faceless for Cairne and maybe a spirit echo for more value?

Hello Hearthpwn!

 I usually play standard, but I know that supplementing Arena into my play time and getting better at it will yield better rewards in the long run. I use HearthArena for drafting my deck, however, and I know this is due to my inexperience as an Arena player, I can't seem to break 3-4 wins. Last run I had a 75 point priest deck and I didn't even break 3 wins with it (which is incredibly frustrating). I'm trying to keep cool regarding the situation but I feel my frustrations mounting (I'm looking at you Vicious Fledgling). Anyway, I'm here to ask if there may be a consistent Arena player that could talk me through a run or two on what I should be looking for, maybe give me insight on some plays that I would not have thought of during the run, etc. I do want to get better but I feel like I have stagnated. To be fair I have only been playing Arena for a few weeks, so it might be presumptuous to expect too much too soon. In standard I usually get down to about rank 10, but I'm trying to push to 5 this season and if I get there soon enough to grind to legend. Thanks for any and all help that you guys can give.

P.S. - I have been watching streams and VOD's too (maybe I'm too dense for this game mode).
