This card is designed to comeback a lost game, or to win an even one, the same way Lord Jaraxxus does. The hero power and your weapon help to clean the board aswell as pressure the enemy to trade your taunt minions if he wants to hit your low hp face.

It's probably not the most overpowered card in the game, but it helps Control Shaman with the late game, since Blizzard just nerfed Rockbiter Weapon, the early game card that Control Shaman used to clear early drops instead of using it to hit face as aggro does.

Hardest hero power to use of the entire game. I love it. 

The nerf to Charge is only because Blizzard wants to make Warsong Commander broken again.

Damn i love the Meanstreet Marshal from the design standpoint, how did we not though of such a simple and elegant way to do things before? I have not seen many of such smart designed cards in WDC i dont think. GJ blizz :)

Paladin was really lacking in self heals.  Glad this card came along.
