I really like playing arena but the main reason I don't play it is cause it costs way too much! my other reason is that the reward seems small to me and sometime laughable..
My suggestion would be to cut off the price to 75 gold (so you can waste that annoying 5 old you get sometimes) cutting up the guranteed pack from it and making it a rare/high win loot, let be honest the reward system was ok in the beta now there's way more cards to collect, and the time inversted in arena is also a consideration.. it's fun but sometimes grindy and the grind doesn't seem to pay off as it should..
So what are the rewards I am suggesting? well like in the ranked chests of course! the gold reward should stay the same as it is making "infinite arena runs" at 5 wins to encourage players playing arena more.
1-3 wins: a common card
4-5 wins: a rare card
5-6 wins: a golden rare card
7-8 wins: an epic card
9-10 wins: golden rare + epic card + small % of getting a pack
11 wins: golden epic card + % of getting a pack
12 wins: legendary card! (also a guranteed pack)
Let's be honest getting 12 wins isn't easy you need to be rewarded accordingly with this structure the rewards aren't *feelsbadman* but they aren't in the sky getting big rewards latter and making the arena rewards appeling not like now..
I guess I put the rewards too high on some tiers but a legendary at 12 wins NEEDS to happen..
No the only thing I want them to change is removing the dust and/or the common/rare cards cause it just sucks when you go 6 wins and get a fucking common card.

I said that's my rewards might be too high.. maybe a little less but this should be a fitting rewards for a lot of wins in a row currently you get to 7 wins and sometimes even get a laughable common as a reward.. that's sad :/ and getting epics is really really slow for the amount of epics out there.
at my 12 win runs i usually get 500-510 gold , and the pack , 500-150(=the fee to enter)=350 free gold , with a free pack...that's some good stuff man
liar. I made 75 12 wins from september 2015 and only 3 times i got 400+ gold. Most common reward is 230-240 gold, gold rare and gold common (72% of the runs)
Nah, I much prefer the current rewards system. The only change that might be good is to be able to choose what packs we get. Assuming that the global average win is 3-5, that's 6-8 matches for a single common / rare. Nope, just nope.
These changes r crazy, no way blizz would be this generous and u thinking that 12wins is hard to get is missguided, sure u wont get 12 wins every time, i wont get 12 wins every time, but a lot of ppl will and the amount of legendary minions distributed through this would be ridiculous ...
I agree that i would like the arena fee to be lower and i would be ok with lower rewards to balance that, so more ppl play arena, but thats about it. But they cant let u play arena for 75 and give u guaranteed pack for 100, so if any change will be ever made to the reward system, it will have to be a careful one.

I got to 12 wins . I got way less.. 300~ gold.. it's really rare getting to 12 wins I think the reward should fit it more..cutting a bit on gold reward for actual cards seems better.. (but a bit greedy from my part TBH).
You can get a legendary cards sometimes from a card drop at 0 wins
looking at the wiki you actually can get the rewards I said already but I want to switch it from"sometimes" to always.
Can anybody explain to me how the average global winrate Be over 3 wins? That Is Plain impossible. If Nobody gives up a run. The average of a gamemode that Ends After 3 losses Is precisely 3. As some ppl give up their runs (doesn't Happen often) it s slightly under 3. but definitly Not 3-5
Cutting costs + increasing rewards all at once just seems incredibly awkward. With a reward buff like that, it'd make more sense to bump arena to 300g or more so people actually can't go infinite . Giving guaranteed legendary at 12 wins is completely ridiculous, lol.
If they wanted to do 75g entry they should probably just remove the pack and leave everything else as-is.
They really need to turn down the rate at which you get a "card" AND replace "common" with "gold common" for the very early ranks and remove the common card from all other later ranks entirely.
Nope I can confirm this. I usually got 400-500 gold too for 12 wins and am always very disappointed if I get less than 300 for it.
getting 400+ gold is super rare... IDK, seems to look like this just about ever time, lol. I don't even know the last time i got over 400g from a 12 win, must have been like half year ago.

Your way makes it Even less rewarding. Except for ppl WHO already have alot Cards so they can improve Farming Cards with higher rarity/golden Cards.
on the other Hand with New standardmode And another pack comming in. I d suchest to Be able to Pick the booster u want.

It's the novice players that need the better cards and more of them, not the, dare I say more advanced players who can rack up more wins in arena.
