I added the guy to explain to him where he went wrong and for good sportsmanship but I have yet to see him accept hahaha.
TL;DR : The Darkness saw play from my opponent, even if it did not start in his deck, got summoned in a deck with 23 cards remaining and would cost me the game had he not made any misplays. Here is the replay https://hsreplay.net/replay/QGcQsMBKPxaVGD5VcdDfxZ . You won't regret watching this match!
Ever had the most unfavored one sided luck but won the game regardless?
I had a Rogue Prince Malchezaar draft and went against a priest. At some point he threw Shifting Shade and stole a legendary that I didn't even know I had in the deck, namely The Darkness. He threw it on board next turn while I drew the first candle on my next turn. After a lot of fighting for the board I had established a very threatening one. He plays Grand Archivist and guess what? My lethal on board gets Psychic Scream'ed and I am left with an Illidan Stormrage in hand and a Corrupted Seer. After getting a 2/1 I continue to push for face as much as I can. He plays Trogg Gloomeater plus Divine Spirit and Sap's my Illidan Stormrage(god bless Drakonid Operative...). I topdeck Sonya Shadowdancer play Illidan Stormrage again and try to get as many Flame of Azzinoth's as possible. He topdecks Mind Control and steals my Illidan Stormrage. I make right trades and eliminate his Illidan with Corrupted Seer. He throws my Eldritch Horror(my 2nd highest mana cost card in the draft...) that he got from Crystalline Oracle. I topdeck my Eldritch Horror and throw him on the board. He heals his face, throws Priest of the Feast and Shadow Ascendant. I draw the 2nd candle and get another 5 drop so I throw them both on board with Eldritch Horror and trade against the Priest of the Feast . He topdecks a 2nd Grand Archivist that casts Lesser Diamond Spellstone while he pushes for face with Eldritch Horror, his greatest mistake. In my turn(lethal on board) I topdeck the 3rd candle and The Darkness gets summoned on his side of the board but his mistake ensures his loss. I have not seen a match lean so much against the opponent and him denying the right plays so much hahaha. This match was insane!
