I've always liked the hs trailers, the animations, the cartoony feel, the funny songs/interactions, but one trailer truely gave me the chills of excitement and felt like something more than a simple trailer. I got excited, like really, really excited. I watched it again and again and again ... I just couldn't get enough of it. A similar thing happened to me when I saw the Skyrim trailer, it was just that epic. The music was really on point and at the end of the trailer I had this excited/adrenaline rush going through me and a little tear forming in the corner of my eye. To some of you this might sound stupid, but it's true. I will no longer keep you waiting: my favorite trailer was Knights of the Frozen Throne and I am curious to know how this compares to the rest of the hs community.
So the question reads: What is your favorite trailer?
Bec some people might have multiple fav's I turned this into a rating poll, if you just have one clear favorite, just vote 5 on that one :) (or if you got time rate them all)
I really, really like the singing talent put into this last trailer. This doesn't mean the singing was bad at all in the others, but this one just has an imposing melody that is nothing short of impressive, especially at the ending, when both voices combine.
TGT is also up there because of sheer catchiness and joy.
Kobolds and LoE are close, followed by Gadgetzan and GvG. Karazhan is also alright.
The rest is not that memorable, either because they lacked a jingle or because they are simply outclassed by the others. KoFT was the most boring imo.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished

I agree the singing on the Witchwood trailer is probably the best one so far, but I still prefer the Whispers of the Old Gods trailer, I really like it. :P

Because of the melody or the visuals?

It is a little bit of everything: the melody, the visual aspect, the atmosphere, the theme, the fortune-teller troll lady :P, etc.
I really feel that with the exception of the hereos of warcraft those befor Old Gods were mostly bad and old gods is a really good one, KFT and this new one are just so well made that there is no way to really compare them ( all pre old gods with the exception i made).
Those 3 just have really good themes and fitting trailers.

I think most are like good or fun, but thats it. The heroes of warcraft came close, but is till 'just' good. Koft really 'touched' me, hard to explain. Kinda funny to read that is is your least favorite. On my 'scale': 5 equals 'soul-touching' (only koft) 4 = close but not yet (only heroes of warcraft) 3 = really good (most) 2 = good and fun but less than 3 (BRM and GvG)
You guys got any other game trailers you think were really good? plz share (ill look em up :) )
Honestly I think Witchwood and Un'goro are far and away the least impressive trailers. Un'goro obviously for the lack of song and all the very dodgy looking dinosaurs and elementals involved.
For Witchwood I might just be biased since I don't like the Town of Salem / Witchhunter theme. But I also don't see the hype in the new song, because it's something that Whispers did already and the Frozen Throne theme was far more dark/chilling.
My favorite one is probably Ungo'ro, no song but the animations combined with the designs is just spectacular, Witchwood is really close behind though with a nice twist and probably the best singing
League of Explorers by a longshot! It really set HS apart from the source material better than anything before it, while managing a very consistent nostalgic theme that was nevertheless unique. My daughters and I have watched that one more than any others. The only thing that beat it is the new cinematic. That thing is beyond epic!
Whispers is the best imo, but Witchwood does give it a solid run for it's money. The only non-lyrical trailer I really liked was Knights. They did an excellent job maintaining a serious tone for the Death Knights.

The Whispers of the Old Gods trailer is my favourite one:

Not Bitchwood for sure.

Don't mind me just passing by
I am going to have to agree with you about KOTFT. Watched it multiple times because it got me pretty pumped.

Definitely LoE. Like PneumaPilot said it was so nostalgic ♥ WotOG and KFT are also great.
But thank you for sharing!
Just for funzies:
I love TGT and BRM just because of TGT's singer and "BLAAAAACKROCK MOUNTAIN, A HEAAAARTHSTONE ADVENTURE!"
That's Incredible!
