Hello guys I am from California . I am working and living in Italy now. Please suggest me some Italian names with meanings for both girl and a boy . We want to give them Italian nick name at home . It will be easy for them in the future . There new friends, teachers and other locals can speak that name easily.
When they come to an age when they can process the fact that their names were proposed by a mostly non-Italian card game community, don't be surprised if they will abandon your family forever and never want to see you again :)

Make sure your C'thun has 10 strength if you want both babies to born.
For boys and girls easily: "Andrea", works well for both :)
Nope :) In Italy Andrea is a male-only name, and that's the way it's supposed to be 'cause it comes from the greek for "masculine". It's my name btw.
For a boy I'd suggest Dante (somewhat old but it's the name of our most famous poet) or Lucio: it has the same origin of "light" (lux) and it was one of the few first names in Latin, so you can hardly get more italian than that :)
For a girl I like Aurora - literally "sunrise". It's an ancient Latin name as well.
Have a nice stay in Italy OP.

At the moment, I know a lot of couple who named their daughter Andrea, even it's a male Italian name.
I think that naming a daughter Andrea is like giving her a non-Italian name
