Shaman is a tricky one. It's not an easy class to master that's for sure. If you don't yet have all the cards needed for a decent Shaman deck, then maybe you're not ready to play it regular?
Good? No. Better? Yes. Playable? Probably. Still wouldn't invest dust into in now, I would wait and see if there will be some good deck lists around in a few weeks.
Shaman's always have their place in the meta. They actually getting better now with BRM. I still wish they made Bloodlust much cheaper so Shaman's totem actually worth something in most situation. Shaman's always lacking in hero power department. It made you cry sometimes. Think you get a taunt totem now? nope it's searing totem time and then those mage, rogue, and druid just punch through it like nothing with their hero power. Their totems are just to weak for most AOE (including mirror match). Totems don't retaliate like Paladin's hero power since totems don't have attack damage. Also Shaman lacks in card draw. You have to protect your Mana Tide Totem to actually profitable. Miscalculating your overload situation is another thing that may screw your plan to victory.
Shaman is a good class if you can accept that your move will be "gamble" so to say. They have a lot of "gambling" on their side but it can pay off greatly. If Jonouchi from Yu-Gi-Oh! did play Hearthstone, it would definitely be his class.
This is the overload deck I did and it's very solid. Your early game (turn 4 to 8) Threats will bait all his removal and still be kiking as this deck is full of threats. Then if you ever get into a losing position, play Deathwing no matter your hand if needed and win the game.
As easy as it is said, and it works, best part. Also you can play Deathwing at Turn 4 with Ancestor's Call. Which is an Innervate of 6 mana :D
Like someone said, the RNG on Shaman is what makes it pay off greatly, so many times I have wished for a spell damage totem xD

Someone who is legend shaman tells me that too. He keeps saying (Put a Zombie Chow! Put a fucking Zombie Chow)
He's right to say so. Quite a good advice, in my opinion. Early game is key to any type of greedy deck.
That's true but every single card in the deck has been useful and don't know what the fuck to replace. Every card has a place in this one deck.
Forked Lightning could easily be cut. One or two late-game threaths could also be cut.
That one and Feral Spirit maybe? Well, I will experiment later on. Need to try out the new wing 5 cards too on the deck.
You either cut some midrange threaths or late-game threaths imo. You have way too many threaths. Not that they are not useful... but you'll often win with some threaths remaining in your hand. Against aggro... you want that pesky early game that trades so damn well.

lol Clord true story :p and yugi would play mage and always get perfect unstable portals haha.
I think shaman is good. I played some burst shaman today and now that huntard is weaker it fairs pretty well. Demonlock is also very popular and hex deals with mal ganises and doomguards well.
Yeah, many of those anime decks that the characters use rely on having the right cards in a starting hand.
Anyway to clarify what I meant with that gamble. Some of the shaman decks really rely on getting Spirit Totem out so that their spells has greater chance to deal enough damage reliably.

Want to play, but i will need to spend dust to make some cards, it is a good deck to play now? or i wait a little to be good at the meta?

Oh and f&*^n' Dark Iron Skulker or Demonwrath added more shame to the totems. (thanks BRM)

The lack of early makes me wanna cry.

Come on, bro, Shaman is like the hipster of Hearthstone. He had a ton of RNG even before the GvG expansion!:D
