Revenge of the Zoo - After several months of wallowing in the lower tier of competitive decks, Zoo Lock has burst back on the scene off the back of Imp Gang Boss. The most used deck with an insane win rate, especially against previous favorites Midrange Druid and Mech Mage - Zoo Lock is back.
A Game of Thrones - Couple weeks ago we saw Hunter, Druids, and Mech Mages dominate in the tournament scene. But players now come prepared for them, causing them to all tumble below the 50% winrate despite still being very popular in usage.
Lumber-Mill Druid and Patron Warrior - Two of the most unique decks used this weekend. Tidesoftime piloted a Lumber-Mill Druid deck to 1st place using 2 Volcanic Lumberers in addition to the traditional Mill Druid. While Chakki and Forsen each brought their own version of the Patron Warrior.
The Tournament Meta is going through a tumultuous time with the release of each BRM Wing - expect things to get heated up as all the Dragon cards are released over the next two weeks.
Wow.. I completely missed this tournamnet. MUST go back and catch the replays.
Having a HARD time calling the new warlock deck 'zoo'. It looks more demon based. But you know what, whatever. It looks like I can replace Mal'ganis and make it work, meaning I finally have a warlock deck to play again and we actually have a new aggro deck.
Overall though loving these new decks. Grim Warrior is the one deck that has me singing the sax theme and smiling when someone uses it AGAINST me. Also liking the value deck. Currently the grim decks I and others have used seems to be too greedy to work well.
And lumber-mill. i was wondering why I was hearing people talk about poison seeds and NOT mocking it. O.o
Did you create this by yourself? If you did you're an amzing piece of toast. I will never look at toast the same as before. I will eat toast everyday for breakfast from now on.

There's several different types of zoo decks.
1. Still represents standard zoo type /capped at doomguard and loatheb
2. Adds higher curve/more demons and /capped at dr.boom

3. Almost like demonlock /capped at mal'ganis
It's the 3rd that bugs me, especially since I still have nightmares of when EVERY SINGLE AGGRO DECK was deemed 'zoo' back during Naxx, including rush warlock decks, enrage warrior, hunter decks, and #(*$# HANDLOCK.
If you can add a blased 9 mana minion and 2 giants and end up with a curve that leaves you not doing to omuch until midgame, at what point does it STOP being zoo and start being called Demonlock?
It's like calling oil rogue 'aggro' because, once it has 20+ damage at around turn 9, it bursts you 'in the face!'
The Lumberer exists only because Kolento used it and then everybody else saw it as a standard version. That 9/7/8 is virtually the worst new card in the expansion and should not be included in any competitive deck.
Zoo is perfectly balanced and cancer-free, as long as Warlock has nothing better than Implosion.
Very informative and humorous. Keep it up! Also, I am very happy that zoolocks are getting back up. I myself have been playing a variation of zoolock which have been fun and successful.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
lol i love the images
Ha! Zoo may be laughing now but next wing Warrior gets Revenge which will totally... be ineffective against Nerubian Eggs and Imp Gang Boss.
Aside from that love these images. Good to have such enjoyable and comic info-graphics for the latest tournaments.
Well done sir, very informative.
I think I enjoy these infographics more and more each time. Loving the patrons.

I'm quite interested in how Lumberer got play, especially in a mill deck. Are there any twitch replays of how he used them?
Mechs will not be nerfed until the next expansion. Calling it because you need to keep the wallets happy too.

I only saw the finals, but poison seeds + starfall, then the lubmerer is zero mana.
Imp Boss carrying games : D
And I'm glad that lumberer is seeing play even though everyone said he sucked.
