Hey everyone i have 20k dust i want to play fun and competive decks these are the legendaries i dont have and im thinking of crafting them are they worth it?
Most you listed are complete garbage. I suggest that you wait until next balance changes and then craft one nice deck that is meta viable and you like regarding 'fun' and flavour. Then you can craft another and maybe one more with dust left.
Don't listen to that clueless poster above, they are all fine crafts, minus Brightwing, that is surely not a must, unless you desperately need a cheap dragon for your Dragon deck.
Dragonbane is the best one out of these, and already sees play in the few decks Hunter currently has out there and will continue to do so until it rotates.
The others aren't crappy legs by any means, by they aren't in any real competitive deck right now. But if you feel you have dust to spare and want to have fun, they are powerful cards on their own.
Anyway, a balance patch is coming Tuesday, so you should probably hold dust for now.

Can you please tell which competitive decks use those cards (apart from obvious Dragonbane in some Hunters and Deathwing in Highlander Warrior)?

Uhh... where to start ?!?
Murozond the infinite = Can be absolutetly bonkers when you are only slightly ahead to maintain that position or at the very least nullify big Swing Turns.
Mindflayer kaahrj - Almost a staple in many Priest decks, cheap Legendary, big Effect.
Natalie seline - Very fine Hard removal on a "big stick".
Death wing mad aspect - Staple Boardclear in many Control Warrior lists.
Kargath bladefist(warrior prime) - One of the most useful Prime cards, get 10 Armor on a 10-10 Rush Body is just a good deal, nothing more to say.
Dragonbane - I personally don't even use this, but it can get pretty nasty in Face Hunter.
Veranus - an ABSOLUTE Staple in every Control / Highlander deck, not to mention Dragon Hunter.
Lady liadrin - Needs some support and will get it in future expansions. Libram Paly feels average, but Lady Liadrin sure as hell isn't.
Bright wing - As I said earlier, this is just "OK'ish", its just a cheap Dragon, there is only this and our cute little Faerie Dragon.
Speaking of Brightwing, I opened it in a pack last week. Any potential deck where it could be useful? I imagine possibly some Highlander Dragon deck or in Quest Shaman if it becomes popular again somehow...?
Soooo, I always feel bad when I see posts like this because I don't know where you're coming from in terms of resources.
I've been playing nonstop for years, and if I'd wanted to craft every Demon Hunter card in gold when they came out, it would have been within my power to do so. Humble brag aside, I assume you're nowhere near that kind of situation if you're asking for non-gold legendary craft advice.
The Highlander Priest deck is fun, but I don't think it's going to get beyond tier 3 status. At least, not until subsequent expansions (potentially). So, if you have extra dust, sure it's fun. My golden legendary from the pre-order was Reliquary of Souls, and it has one of the most nostalgic animations which took me back to the ole Warcraft raiding days, so I built the deck around that card. But make no mistake, it is not up there in terms of relative power.
Deathwing and Kargath WILL both go into warrior decks that are trying to do the control thing. Only question is whether such a thing exists in the relevant tier list. I think we're probably looking at another t3, MAYBE t2 if they do a hard job on the second nerf process.
Dragonbane goes into both the dragon hunter with doubles and the Highlander version of same. Veranus often goes into ONLY the highlander version. I prefer the highlander version, but that depends on whether you have DQ Alex and Zephrys (and in this case, Brann). Because this deck existed almost in an identical form before the most recent set release, no one likes to see it. Nevertheless, it is still sitting around tier 1.
I don't find the Pure Paladin deck to be particularly exciting, BUT Brian Kibler has a version that uses Wild Pyromancer and Exotic Mountseller, both of which lend themselves to massive power plays after you receive all the Librams of Wisdom from a Liadrin play. That version of the deck seems to have a lot more power than the paladin-only deck with Lightforge stuff. Either way, RELATIVELY cheap deck to craft, but again, not a t1.
There is ALWAYS a better choice than Brightwing. Cobalt Spellkin, Ysera, Alexstraza, and Big Ole Whelp are some candidates I'd consider, and depending on the class, there are some choices that are PAINFULLY obvious.

Honestly the legendary priests you mention are very situational and Veranus they could be optional.
Brightwing and Dragonbane 50/50 but in reality they are not very important as considering it for a deck.
Lady Liadrin, the new Deathwing and Kargath are sure to create but it already depends on what archetypes these legendary ones could use.
All the cards u mentioned are very good. I wouldn't craft brightwing and seline though.

The only one good good and very used now and probably in the future and maybe maybe also In wild is Dragonbane.
