You play a game against someone who spams emotes throughout, clearly getting more wound up as they realise the game is going away from them. They tend to be aggro players who cannot stand losing to control (or any deck to be honest).
You know what happens next. You're anticipating their play and sure enough the friend invite arrives. You hope it's a genuine person wanting to ask for the deck list or congratulate you, but you know that is never going to be the case.
And then the abuse comes. Invariably it begins with how lucky you are, immediately followed back a sarcastic comment about how proud you must be to be such a great player, before a torrent of expletives which end in them hoping you die.
All because they lost a game of Hearthstone.
So my question is: if you, like me, enjoy winding these people up even more, what is your witty retort?
Me? I simply say, 'easiest game of my life, friend'. And my God does it work!
You might think this is petty, I mean it is pretty pointless. But these punks have wound me up for too long and it's time to take a stand!

C'mon, dude, as you said this is pretty pointless, chances that you will interact more than once with the same individual while playing Hearthstone in your entire life are very, very low (sometimes happens, but it's not the norm). If you were being bullied by, let's say, your classmates or co-workers in real life I would gladly help you, but this is not the case.
I just spam "English?" and other such stuff until they've said their piece and unfriended. Then my slavic flatmate translates what they said later and we have a good laugh about it.
I usually go with either "Who hurt you as a child?" or "Can't take losing to a girl, huh?" and end up wishing them a good day or something. I wish we could use emotes though, the kissing smiley 😘 would be a perfect response to many situations.
I always accept friend requests, because despite the salty losers, I've had many great interactions as well (decklist request, 80g quest sharing etc.)
I am a notorious friend requester who loves just knowing that the request says it all. Shivers go down their spines because what they think would be directed at them is probably worse than what I actually will say if they accept.
Do I feel bad sended out such needless bad vibes into the world? In real life, yes. It's exceedingly rare I give someone a piece of mind over something stupid. This is a game and if you can't take an insult here you really have a lot of personal growth left to do.
When I do get the treatment myself, I eagerly accept. I toy with everything they say and respond like I am mentally ill (the more absurd the better). If my roomate is around we hit them tandem.
I accept the friend request and usually that’s it. If they have something constructive to say I’ll talk, otherwise I’ll just let them vent their frustration or whatever it is they’re trying to do and ignore it. They usually block me after they’ve sent their messages anyway.

If someone adds me after crappy highroll game to pour salt on the wound, I accept, write "fuck off" and delete them, simple as that. Not that I can't take trash talk, it's just way more fun to deny them an opportunity to reply.
If someone adds me to insult me because they lost against me (mind you I play tier 3/4 decks 95% of the time) I just spam something stupid like "lul", "gg" or "saltyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" till they get bored of flaming me with broken English. One time a dude was spamming for like 7 hours though (not even kidding), I even posted the screenshots in one of the threads on this site. I went outside with friends, came back like 5 hours later and my inbox was filled lmao
I have already been insulted by others (usually by despicable people) so many times in my life that any kind of insult at this point is only a breeze of fresh air to me. I'm pretty sure others out there feel the same too. XD XD XD

We've all been there.

There is only my justice now
I just ignore what they're saying and start talking to them about stuff that has nothing to do with Hearthstone.

Auto-squelch plug-in for Hearthstone Deck Tracker works wonders!
Yeah, why let yourself get wound up in the first place?
Squelch and move on, and don't give them a chance to be toxic or drag you down to their level.

I never accept friend requests sent after a game. People on my friends list are IRL friends and family. Problem solved.

i just say yup then let them unfriend me.
I always accept friend requests too, have found some great in-game friends who added to say GG or to ask about a deck or a play.
Why do you beat your wife?
you lost get over it.

I always respond with:
I used to fuck guys like you in prison.

I have never ever met someone who does this
who also doesn't immediately unfriend.

Hand down the best response. Simple, easy and doesn't waste time.
Missing lethal since June 2015.
Ok, that was funny... XD

I am a nice person.
So I cordially thank them for gifting me with their salty tears.
