I think that Regis and Trump are both good, but they both miss the top cards often. I would put Kibler as the best because he has a keen eye for utilizing things that others dismiss. He is also the best at explaining WHY the card he rated low works well or why the card he thought would see play failed. Unfortunatley he doesn't do his own reviews anymore because of Omnistone. It is a good outlet though. Any streamer(s) that do reviews as a group is beneficial because you can see ideas being bounced around.
Brian Kibler is a wealth of information. Understand CCG's better than most. Goes against the trends and is usually correct. The man has decades of experience with CCG's and his ratings/descriptions/potential of cards is worth watching. He isn't your typical youngster streamer giggling through matches and asking for subs but goes more in depth and worth listening to.
Trump has been wrong since release one and has never gotten better. His reviews should be watched with the ratings reversed 99% of the time.
It’s easy to point out the ones he got wrong to make your point. Doesn’t change the fact that he still gets most of the ratings spot on. Everyone will make mistakes because none can really predict what the meta will look like and what decks will come out on top with 100% accuracy. Still, he does a better job than most and his reasoning is pretty on point as well.
As someone else said, pretty much everyone rated those two cards the same so it wasn’t only Trump.
I have heard of Trump and Kripp, but are there any other streamers/youtubers that review cards and are very accurate?
Check out Hearthstone Mathematics. IMO, this is the best you're going to get as they take all the available information of pretty much every reviewer as well as the general consensus of the public and displays the important information in a very accessible manner. For what you're asking for, I think this is your best bet!

And everyone at that time did the exact same guess. That Troggzor was going to be totally meta-breaking and that no deck could ever play spells again, and that Dr Boom was just okish. Everyone.
BTW, no mention of Old Guardian, who occasionally posts a deck recipe here on the website? For shame.
Dat voice otherwise (sounds like a Nord quest giver in Skyrim), he's good at showing off variations of popular decks and the occasional experiment, and is honest about the success rate of the deck build. A discount deck Kibler, with a voice instead of a dog.
Another shout out to Hearthstone Mathmatics on YouTube as well -- you won't get deck stategy, but you will get a deeper insight into the popular decks of the moment.
A VERY good follow-up is Tempo Storm's meta videos on YouTube for both wild (one of the few sources of wild info) and standard play. I've gotten some good wild recipes from them.
Trump tends to be inaccurate, but this is because he has different (more difficult) rating system than others. He is not evaluating cards on the basis of their pure power, but rather on whether he thinks the card will be popular in the meta or not. To me, this approach seems right. After all, we all can see that sometimes even very good cards are not seeing play at all, because they do not fit into any existing archetype or do not have proper support to work. Defile was one of those cards. By itself, it was one of the most powerful cards in the game for sure, but at the time there was no archetype that could use it and be relevant. It really only became effective after the release of the next expansions, so Trump was right.
All three are entertaining and knowledgeable.

Missing lethal since June 2015.
