Aggro decks (even if the hearthpwn community hates them) are very good starters for new players because you learn when to trade and when to push damage, they are not extremely complex and are in general the cheapest decks. I personally played beast hunter and mech mage early gvg before playing midrange hunter and when I finally could afford ctrl priest and eventually control warrior (with old Elise).
Agree! My collection is going good right now. Make your classic collection, but another tip to get expansion cards too, like go to buy 10 packs/expansion at least, cause a legendary is guaranteed in the first 10 packs. To build a deck is practicing. Imo like me started making midrange decks with classes not good collection. Play on curve if u can, nothing bad can happen then. After u get familiar with your build u can adjust it with techs, special things. 10-12 class core cards and mainly focis on minions first. Test your deck and tweak it about your experiences and opponent by.
Outside of practice and playing the game, it helps to watch streamers play Hearthstone. Try to predict plays and take notice of patterns here and there. It helps a lot to get the perspective of somebody who is not you and their thought process when playing.
As far as decks that are easy to learn, warlock has a pretty good hero power and is in a good position in both Standard and Wild. Look into something like budget zoo decks and the sort.
1) start off with classic packs until you have built a big enough classic collection, core cards such as preparation (rogue), leeroy, or thalnos are good cards to have since they're in most decks and they wont rotate
2) there are 4 types of decks: control, aggro, midrange, and otk (one turn kill),
control decks tend to have alot of wave clear and survival tools in order to make it to the late game and play their big boy cards such as dragon caller alanna in order to finish the game.
aggro decks are just aggressive decks that have 1-5 cost mana minions that go face and have burn spells to finish off their opponents, leeroy jenkins is a great finisher card
otk decks are decks that have alot of card draw so they can get their combo pieces faster so they can kill their opponent in one turn, decks cloning gallery priest
midranged decks are decks that are able to survive matchups vs aggro and control, theyre like in the middle, midrange hunter is a great example.
aggro decks counter otk, otk counters control, and control counters aggro usually
3) since the new expansion is coming out soon and a bunch of other expansions are rotating out plus the hall of fame, just save ur dust until after the new year starts and craft a midrange or aggro decks to start of since control and otk are usually expensive to craft
try to watch streamers if you want to learn how to play better such as kibler
Just craft a cheap top tier deck, learn how to play it and reach legend. Then you will able to understand how cards and decks interact with each other and build your own deck.
Never disenchant legendary cards. I made that mistake when I first started, and I still regret it. I disenchanted the Malfurion death knight card because I didn't understand how powerful it was.

That's what you want!
Also, against what a lot of others are saying, after you've grabbed your within 10 legendary from each set (especially the 3 older packs, as at rotation, you won't be able to trade gold for them), I'd crack only Witchwood packs. A lot of cards are going to Hall of Fame, and if you open any of them, you are basically given a wild card to craft anything of that rarity (and if you have no interest in wild/the card, a little extra dust on top).
For instance, my missus took my advice, opened a Glitter Moth, and will be able to craft whatever epic she wants, and keep it in her wild collection, when rotation comes. Win win! I wouldn't recommend opening packs just because you want one specific card, but there are a lot going to HoF: https://www.hearthpwn.com/news/6435-year-of-the-dragon-goodbye-genn-baku-new-solo
Another tip is to try to run mostly 2 of any card. Cards you put only one copy are situational cards, the others is better to have 2 because of consistency.
Everything is relative. Hoard as much beginner luck as you can. IDK about you but when I'm new to games I do ridiculously well until I start getting jaded about it. Manage yo frequencies.
Aggro decks (even if the hearthpwn community hates them) are very good starters for new players because you learn when to trade
Is that a joke? Because it seems to be a very funny one...
Aggro decks have some degree of complexity. Try playing an aggro deck and just go face with all your card and you will lose a surprising amount of games
I always suggest Arena to new players. It's a great place to start while you are building your collection. When I was building up I could usually open a pack a day just from doing Arena and completing dailies. A pack a day isn't amazing, but it's solid progress and after a few months you have a nice base to work from.
i know this is a common question but what is the best beginer building deck tip,
1) For the first times, buy Classic packs (they won't rotate so they'll be your solid base for the future)
2) Never disenchant cards that you think you won't use: you'll probably regret it
3) Wait until the rotation and craft a cheap deck: in my opinion, this is the best time to start. Just hoard gold and fool around for these 15 days

It's somewhere to start. If you have more specific questions later on. Just ask them or post your deck for people to improve on.
