Let's be logical: It's a 5 based card so it should cost 5 mana and do 5 things not 4... I would go for a choose 5 of the following... The fifth being whatever you like: destroy 5 minions, heal 5 life, pause the game for 5 minutes, give your opponent a high 5...

I dont know if people who are for buffing this card are being legit... but if ancient of lore is a 7 mana 5 5 draw 2 and needed a nerf, then infestation has to be nerfed big time. Because for 3 extra mana u draw 3 more cards gain 5 armor and deal 5 damage. This lets you stabilise against aggro and draw more gas vs control, which is pretty OP
I also think it should cost 5 mana, if not only for the flavor of this card. Everything revolves around '5', and then the mana cost is 10. Just doesn't look too nice.
Also, at 10 mana it's simply just a bit weak.

Obviously op is correct, what is ultimate about a 5/5. Effect should be: deal 5 damage, draw 5 cards, gain 5 armor, summon a 5/5, cast Deathwing's battlecry.

5 mana is the correct buff.
Playing it when 5 damage 5/5 is worth something.
Sure. Firelands Portal is 7 mana, but mages have solid boardclears and "silence and destroy target minion" for 4 mana.
Drawing is free in Hearthstone, with Auctioneer, anyway.
Only taunt and divine shield? pff, i think it needs Windfury and Lifesteal as well for it to be balanced!!!
