Lol, it seems presumptive to think people are definitely going to swap because of cards that are rotating. Some of us actually like that good cards are going to rotate out so we don't have to see them anymore. :P
Personally though I was playing Wild before for access to Sludge Belcher and Zombie Chow, and I'll probably keep playing it for access to the Dragons rotating out. I'm pretty stoked for the upcoming meta though, I'm ready for LoE to be gone and won't mind seeing how singleton decks adjust without access to Reno.

I'm going to be playing a mix of both as well but I'm going to take wild more seriously till I get a job that will let me play standard.
I think i am going to continue playing only standard. I am actually very excited to play without older sets and more thoroughly enjoy gadgetzan and un'goro (looks amazing). I may play some wild down the road because it is cool that there will be a massive card pool, but i'll definitely not miss any cards for at least a couple months.

"Switching" is odd wording. How about "trying out"? I play Standard and Wild a lot and enjoy both in moderation. Too much of one, I switch to the other.
Wild has its own meta and some seriously broken stuff. You will get trashed if you think it's going to be a breather from the pressures of standard. Don't see much Bran or Emperor there. Do see a lot of Sludge Belcher and Mad Scientist. Reno Jackson is a no show, but old school secret pally shows up enough to make me put Eater of Secrets in my deck. And yeah, we got pirates, except their ship has a Ship's Cannon

this isn't a salt thread about the state of standard, I just want to know what cards people want to keep playing with.
I'm not. I've played both Standard and Wild since the split and I'll likely continue to in the future. If anything I might avoid Wild for a few weeks or so after the rotation so that I'm not just seeing all of the same decks right away. I realize that there are a few Standard decks that won't really be touched, but I'm hoping Un'Goro will bring just enough change to keep things interesting in Standard. Plus, Wild is still home to plenty of Secret Paladins and will soon be the sole residence of Dragon Priest, and those are my two least favorite decks to play against.

Doesn't seem salt to me at all. Wild is a blast to play, just very lethal in terms of what is there. The great thing is you can win with very old decks like Handlock and Murlock Rush. If people are tired of the paper rock scissors in standard, it's the place to be, just bring your A-game.

Highlander. Singleton is such a lame word in comparison. THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!!
Can't wait for most cards to rotate; I'm sick of pretty much all of them. Quests are what I think will get me to wild in a couple months. The Priest and Warlock quests aren't too exciting for it, but the Rogue one has a lot of cool potential and the Shaman one even more (Everyfin, Neptulon, Murk-Eye). Expect that a couple other quests could have fun synergy like that.

I have been playing wild since the beginning of standard because I dont like limitation, I dont like the idea of my hard work now in collecting all the cards but one day they will all go to the bin.
I like wild because you can play whatever you want, I like combining all the cards ever printed to create the most comprehensive deck, there is nothing unstoppable in Hearthstone anyway so its still a fair game,

I was just wondering what cards rotating out will make you switch over to wild next month, for me its bran.
edit: please don't talk about cards you don't like, I want to have a more positive thread here.

I like combo decks, and with emperor T rotating i might switch to wild
I'll get into wild because Reno is gong out of Standard.

At the beginning of expansion launch and new meta, 70-80% of the time I play Standard and the rest is Wild.
As time goes on and the meta goes stale, I play more Wild and less Standard.
Eventually at the end of the meta and before the next expansion launch, I mostly play Wild and barely any Standard, like currently.
Gun ship and Patches gang up is fun combo
