This time I had trouble coming up with something that was simple enough to fit in the text, while also being interesting.
Which of these three concepts should I go for?
I think that the weapon should be 3 mana, its not that good to be 4, or maybe 3 mana 1 overload? and the manic blood elf.. its ok, i thought it should be 3 mana but i dont know, if you wanna see it in play maybe 2 mana is ok. i dont like the felsteed rider
What do you think about this one? if your opponent plays "spell - minion - spell - minion -..." he would avoid the effect but thats part of it, also you can play it before his turn 7 if he has odd nomber of cards and he coudlt play flamestrike, because he would need to play a minion before
This is super OP as it can lock some people out of playing the game worst case and best case in means they can't cast more than one of the same type of card in the same turn (as the # of cards in hand changes). There's no drawback to it as it's a strong 5/5 for 6 and it's a neutral epic (?). Compare this to Loatheb - a legendary minion that costs 1 less but only has the same effect against Spells only and only for 1 turn. This is a static and more widespread effect on a minion with the same statline and able to have 2x copies in deck for only 1 more mana.

It's definitely overpowered. Either way you look at it, it's basically a Loatheb with it's effect active at all times. I would suggest reducing the cost increase to 2. That's disruptive enough to be honest.

@LucasPasado they are mathematical terms that refer to each alternate number. Basically, if you can divide a number by 2 and get a whole number, it's even. If you can't, it's odd. For example, 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 etc are all odd, while 2,4,6,8 are even. So your card has to interact with either of those categories. (See the examples). Does that answer your question? I'm a little confused about which part your confused about. I'm sorry if I told you something you already know.

I didnt do it a legendary because i dont know a boss that fits in the effect T.T also what do you think if its a legendary 6mana 5/5 and the effects is only (3) more mana?
Do you mean to add the two card hand numbers together? If so, you should put that in, or just simplify to cards in your opponents hand (that would make some cool counter play)

OH, I understood now, I thought they were from "odd - weird", "even - even if you have..." etc.
But I can only use even and odd in my text or can I use numbers?
Ooh, I really like the theme this week. And... I just had to...
Whaddya think? I can't think of a more concise way to word the effect, so I just spaced it out nicely on the card. Basically, you can play it when either player has an odd number of minions, and it will keep destroying a random minion (yours or your opponents) until both players have an even number of minions (with 0 being even).
As you could end up just destroying one opponents minion, loads of yours and a few opponents, or even (hopefully) a few of your opponents and less of yours, I felt 4 mana was fair.

The card is a little unclear. It sounds to me like it destroys a minion on each players side until they have an even number of minions. Which means it would destroy at most one minion per player. What exactly happens when you play this card?
What do you guys think of this one? If you manage to get an even number of the same legendary in your hand then it's powerful, but that would require shenanigans like Gang Up or something, so i think you would have to build a deck around it and then it would be pretty fun.
The first one fits into a fatigue druid and would be quite hard to fit (you could only have even or odd cards in your deck or maybe count how many of each one are you wasting)
The second one is another choice of loatheb or sylvannas
I don't know the nightmare crawler but high botanist freywinn is just insane, if the board is emtpy, or if enemy has a small minion, this is auto win.
Edit: (I don't know where is the edit button), I misread (I thought it was all cards), but the effect is insane anyway, it's just weird, but I don't know, I'm confused now Oo

well he would only lose 50% of his cards, and if you dont lose any of them is because you dont have any odd or even cost cards, and thats not very good for you, it makes you dont have cenarius and ancient of lore or sylvannas and ragnaros, you cant have force of nature and savage roar in that deck or you would lose one of them

That's where it's interesting! So long as at least one player has an odd number of minions, any minion on the field could be destroyed at random. So imagine the scenario:
So in that scenario, your opponent lost 3 minions and you lost one. But it could have easily ended at 4 - 4, or 2 - 2, or even 0 - 0. Or maybe your opponent could end up with 4 minions, and you end up with none!
Basically, it doesn't go from player to player - each time a random minions is destroyed, any minion could be destroyed, until both players have an even number of minions.
This is my entry for the week (hope it's all ok): Great sinergy with Emperor Thaurissan and Pint-Sized Summoner. It can also be used for milldruid or in combination with other card that can be created for mana reduction.

Is it me or it feels a little... clunky this week design? I feel like there's going to be 1 or 2 excellent cards and the rest will be garbage.
Siras Terra, the Geomancer
Find a lot of same idea (about weapon durability) when I want to submit it.
I think I need find some new thought.
That's where it's interesting! So long as at least one player has an odd number of minions, any minion on the field could be destroyed at random. So imagine the scenario:
Opponent: 5 minions You: 5 minions -> Random minion destroyed -> Opponent: 4 minions You: 5 minions -> Random minion destroyed -> Opponent: 3 minions You: 5 minions -> Random minion destroyed -> Opponent: 3 minions You: 4 minions -> Random minion destroyed -> Opponent: 2 minions You: 4 minions -> END
So in that scenario, your opponent lost 3 minions and you lost one. But it could have easily ended at 4 - 4, or 2 - 2, or even 0 - 0. Or maybe your opponent could end up with 4 minions, and you end up with none!

@LucasPassado I figured as much :P. No you have to use the words even or odd (in relation to numbers). Otherwise, the competition would be very broad
