here's my submission! 10 mana draw 9 is pretty powerful, although you'll probably have some cards in your hand when you cast it. plus the lack of synergy between the drawn cards, and the fact that it costs a turn.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
I don't even need to go deep in explaining this. Possibilities are endless. Just take note that if you are able to keep this in your mulligan the second effect will never trigger.
"Okay, I'll absolve you for public urination if you fight for OUR side."
Overview: This card works very similarly to Mind Vision for Priest. However instead of giving you the card immediately, you are given it once your opponent plays the minion.
Balance: It is actually the only secret which draws a card for Paladin, which is pretty huge as it is a 1 mana cycle spell. It is inconsistent however, since you may not want the card your opponent plays. It is a fairly good turn 1 drop so you can guarantee you will keep up the tempo with your opponent.
Synergies: With the introduction of the Mysterious Challenger, Secret Paladin is becoming a possibility. This card fits perfectly into those decks while getting you card draw and another secret your opponent has to dance around.
"Sometimes this weapon is worth the occasional hinderance of being possessed by Eredar Lord Jaraxxus." Soul Capacitor, the weapon for Shaman! Shaman having the option to choose between reliable damage and card draw (Why not both!) would be pretty useful. I'm quite surprised we didn't receive an Inspire Weapon in TGT, so why not make one?
Clarification: You gain a copy of every card in their hand and THEN their cards are swapped with the random demons.
A totally over the top Warlock card that I thought of and fell in love with. Probably wouldn't see much play, but neither do some of Blizzards own epics. Still something fun people could have a good time with! In fact, this is almost something I could see Blizzard making....

Edit: Fixed grammar.
Going wild here.

Two times Card Design Competition winner, with Durotan and Snörn the Treasureater.
Finalist with Baronor Badmouth, M'uru and Void Reaver.
Tired of a lot of unused mana crystals at the end of your turn?
No problems with overloaded mana crystals?
Then this is for you!
Edit: If all your mana crystals were used and this spell is active, you'll overload 0 mana crystals and will receive a 0 mana spell. ;)
2-time Card Design finalist!

Check out my Custom Undead Expansion!
...Or my Custom Elemental Expansion!
Name: Dragon's Wrath
Type: Spell
Text: Put a random Dragon into your hand. If you're already holding a Dragon, put it directly into the battlefield.
This means that instead of drawing a random Dragon, you get to summon it for free (obviously without the battlecry) similar to Varian Wrynns affect.

This counts, right? I think it counts...

What Rogue should have got in the new expansion.

Up vote if you like it, thanks :P
Something new for Warriors to play with. It is like Death's Bite on crack! The RNG could help or hurt you, so beware!
Pretty simple yet effective.
