i know, but my idea is not have only a overstated minion, but have an hyper stated minion, so y made it (the other option are above), maybe its true that "cant attack cant be silenced" is not a balanced downside to that, but im trying to male something that alows you have it for 3 mana with that stats. im not sure if i saying it rigth. my english need practice.

Not even closed to balanced. As others have said, I'd drop this, throw down a bunch of minions behind it and go face. Lack of attack is hardly a draw back. What makes Earth Elemental ok is the overload. This... I don't see a draw back.

in that moment, nothing, i though te part "even being silence" cause there was a lot of spellbrakers and owls around, and if it cant attack no matter wat, if gets silenced you just have a rock decoring your board.

You're going from proposing a horrible card to just being totally incoherent.
No amount of card text is balancing a 3 Mana 7/8 taunt.
You don't quite get this... so let me explain it to you:
An average 3 drop has a total of 7 stat points and usually some upside minor upside. Such as being a beast or having a conditional effect, affecting a weapon or something like that. Class minions usually get a few more like 1 or 2 more stat points or several minor upsides or a more crucial effect such as drawing a card or having taunt, usually both valued at around 1 additional mana.
What you have here... is a minion that has 15 stat points, a minor downside and an effect valued at around 1 additional mana.
Furthermore you don't understand good design... because the point of silence is that it removes card text. The notion of having a creature that cannot be silenced by any means is a little bit like saying "This card can only be killed, effected or otherwise impacted by minion-based combat".
At which point... you don't understand how powerful this is. The only thing this compares to is Earth Elemental and that has Overload 3! Which, unless in exceptionally specific circumstances, devalues a card by the same amount of mana you overload for.
If you wanted to make a big turtle for druid that can't attack but is stat-wise ridiculously powerful, here's something you could do: 3 mana 4/5 Taunt Can't attack. The basis for this is that druid, back during classic, actually ran both Chillwind Yeti and Ancient Watcher.
Take one of these cards, make it a class card, give it a beast tag, give it taunt for free (and bumping it up one mana) and make it not able to attack so it goes down by one mana.
That's a card that would be balanced, probably not perfectly but it's a start... this card of yours, is badly designed AND overstatted beyond any reasonable degree of thought being put into it. Sorry to be this blunt and I don't mean this to be offensive towards you but... no. The idea of giving Druid essentially the potential to play Earth Elemental on turn 2 (remember, they mana ramp as well!) is frankly nothing but stupid.
Edit: Made an example card of what it could look like and yah'... powerful but not as ridiculous as your card.

dude, calm down xd, im not making nothing for future expansions im bringing ideas xd
just lol to this card... 7/8 taunt on turn 3 that cant be even silenced. that means an aggro deck needs like 3 turns and 2-4 cards to deal with this monstruosity, meanwhile u can use those 3 turns to establish ur board. how are u not able to see how stupidly broken this card is? this card at least needs a downside like, at the start of u turn deal 6 dmg to ur hero or something like this

You could possibly make the Molten Turtle have an incredibly damaging battlecry, like, “take 1 damage for each minion on the board. “ Then give it a passive that says, “take 1 damage at the end of each turn if your hero has armor.”
I think in that case it could still be viable in a deck and not completely break it.

I know this card wouldn't be played anywhere but arena or heavy control druids, but, i think its a decent one, what do you think guys?
aggro druid would for sure play this... drop this on the board and go face with everything

Terrible idea, need a to have something like you and your board takes 2 dmg at the end of every turn.
