Well you can't really say that because you have no gauge for whether it would change anything or not— it's pure speculation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Of course I agree with that. I recognize that card quality is not uniform, and of course only certain people go into the finals. I wasn't saying that everyone or more people should get into the finals, but I've browsed through some pages with very even card quality (by my standards) in some past competitions, but those pages have the same vote differentials as many other pages— one or two submissions get 10 or more votes, while some others which I considered to have similar quality (many factors) are left with 0, 1, or 2 votes. I can't really explain that other than 1) I can't discern card quality whatsoever, or 2) Card quality isn't everything when it comes to voting.
I wasn't looking for a 'more even' trail of votes, but perhaps a more honest trail of votes where people have to look through the page to see who to vote for — you can't deny that submissions near the top of each page get more votes than ones near the bottom.
If you looks at all the other submissions threads for WCDC theres always at least 1 card on a lot of the pages getting more votes in the middle or the bottom of the page :p
Personally quite a few times i've made it to finals despite being the last post on a page. If your card doesn't do well one week, just try harder the next, thats all I can really say about it. It also motivates you to try harder ^_^
Don't look too far into it, nothing shows that posts on the top of the page can strategically get more votes.
Paladin card added. I need to choose between the Paladin and the Priest card but I don't know which is the most interesting.
2. Exodar series:
Aka "Give token-generating classes better tokens". I have doubts about balanced as well as flavor but making them cost 4 would make them unplayable.
Which is best ?
I really love the 1st set! It feels just right where it is honestly, and all the effects are good. Choosing between the 2, i'd say go with Pally. When you think about it, it packs some serious turnabout power and would feel right at home in any Control Pally. The priest one is good too, but with so many different ways for Anduin and Tyrande to draw cards, it feels a bit boring.
The 2nd set is also really unique, although I'd say balance wise its a bit harder. The first card is okay, but I dont like how you lose SHR synergy, meaning you'd have to run this card as a standalone, which is as bad as that new Legend that got released. Not to mention you lose that 1 HP buff theme that pally can have. The 2nd looks cool too, but its way too slow. Even though your HP is pretty basic as a Shaman, you would much rather summon 0/2 totems with nice effects on them than a blank 0/4 totem. The last one is also nice, but it upstages Justicar way too much. So basically this is a long way of saying go with the first set :p
Well, semantics-wise, make sure you add "in your hand" to the warlock card. Also I'm pretty sure the Druid card shouldn't be a Beast, at least based on the art. I'd also add "only" to the end of its trext, to match Innervate. Overall, it seems like a nicely put together set!
Well...Zence just made page 3 the page of death. (Nothing personal Zence, I still like your cards :P)
I'm just here lookin' at my cards, and trying to figure out how to balance Photokinesis...
Honestly, I think Photokinesis is fine. In all likelihood, you're going to get something like a 4 drop on average from this, which means that based on the average stats you'll be giving it a Blessing of Kings. I think that's reasonable for a handbuff effect for about 4 mana worth of value, only when you start getting into really big cards like Tirion does it become a problem, and that require a lot of setup. because it's a handbuff effect coupled with a discover, I think it's fine at 6 mana. As for the page of death, it's currently 14 posts and only 25 likes at the time I'm posting this, so anyone with a few likes still has a fairly good chance I think.
The Unbound cards: Anger seems a little good— I know that Execute deals with any minion, but 3 damage seems a little much for the utility (especially drawing another); compare Backstab. I'd say 2 damage. Evolution is great, flavorful; while it might not be "unique" it's definitely very useful. You might want to make it (2) more though, because Evolve exists and that's 1 mana too.
The Rapid spells are all very well thought out, and they work well together. They even stand up on their own (except Rapid Flames).
and my old idea which I'm pretty sure is way too boring...
would love some feedback!!! :D
Naga Sorceress is fine, mainly because it has an appreciable body for the cost anyway. I feel like the latter two are a little bit understatted, as they depend on your opponent not killing them to have any positive effect for you. I'm sure you could have 4/5 or 5/4 on the Seductress and 5/5 or 5/6 on Azshara.
You're right, the other cards are a bit boring... But that doesn't make them bad. They're quite good for what they do— I especially like that these are the classes you're giving card draw.
For the first set, I really like them. They should read "If 4 or more health was restored" instead of "were". You could probably ditch the Priest card, because they already had Flash Heal which makes this a bit undercosted. It's also the least interesting side effect. You might want to just make all of them 2 mana.
The second set is a bit... Well it's already been done before. It's essentially Justicar Trueheart. Exodar Bodyguard is the Paladin upgrade except the recruits are consolidated into one body. Exodar Scimitar is literally the Rogue upgrade. While Exodar Totem is pretty much strictly better then the normal Shaman HP or even the upgrade, it's still different. Overall, I'd actually go with your first set of cards without the Priest one.
Arcane Influencer: Really just a good card. Max. 9 damage so it's a flexible Flame Lance for what amounts to 1.5 mana. Astral Influencer should read "Battlecry: Gain a Mana Crystal this turn only for each spell in your hand." Aside from that, it's really good and could be an immense tempo swing card. Fel Influence: "Discard all spells in your hand and give your minions +1/+1 for each." It should really be like +2/+2 or even +3/+3 because discarding cards is really extreme. Then again, if you've only got minions this can be OP, but you could specify "Give your Demons +2/+2(or +3/+3)." Overall I really like these cards.
Y'all don't need to give me feedback, I've already submitted— too early I think, I regret submitting what and when I did :/
I've read through and looked at explanations but am still somewhat fuzzy on the rules. I've included some ideas below, but do not know for sure if they qualify so confirmation would be great.
I like weapons because they help your hero interact with the board and generally have good value. So my initial idea was to design a set of legendary weapons for each class with a similar mechanic. I chose a +1/+1 mechanic to enable these weapons to have a lasting effect on the game, but other than that none of the weapons have anything in common and I do not know if this is enough to be within the rules.
If you ever played WoW for a significant amount of time, you'll probably recognize most of these weapons so sorry for all the non-WoW players out there.

I know this will probably get buried, but that's okay. Criticism welcome, or even just a favorite/least favorite.
Also as a side note, I just wanted to say that I like the prompt this week. It's nice to have a a specific goal to accomplish with a card(or in this case a set of cards) rather than simply having to create a card that meets the requirements.
Paladin card added. I need to choose between the Paladin and the Priest card but I don't know which is the most interesting.

@Zence @Teknican Thanks for feedback. I'll go with the first option and paladin spell then. I disagree about the cost though. They're fine at 1 mana because the extra effect is hard enough to trigger and they're not Trogg/Wyrm type of that can go out of hand in the early game if unaccounted for, especially when compared to Blood To Ichor.
Also I'm curious, why is "was" correct and not "were". I mean 4 is plural, isn't it?

Ok so I've limited my choices to 2 options. One of them was shown before, the other is brand new.
1. "If 4 or more Health were restored" series:
I showed this one before but I modified it a bit. I also added one card because I'm indecisive about that as well.
Changes compared to before:
2. Exodar series:
