When Reno rotates out, we will be losing justicar too. Justicar only saw play in very few decks - I think that making a cheaper version will allow us to see it shine in more decks than just control warrior & priest.
Allows you to put more early game cards in your deck to help you combat aggro, while avoiding dead draws in the late game. Also thins your deck, helping you draw powerful cards and win conditions with more ease. Of course, you bring yourself much closer to fatigue, and you could lose important low cost cards such as Doomsayer, and Dirty Rat if you play him too early.
He says its a just and holly cause, but he really just wants to get back at his old English teacher...
This guy isn't exactly a highlander card, but then again the competition never specified that it had to be, ha ha ha.
The idea behind Lei Shen is basically that I miss seeing powerful minions that feel almost like boss battles, like Juraxxus and Ysera. Lei Shen is a powerful defensive tool, enabling his defenses, the conduits, to protect the player from spells and minion attacks. Your hero power is upgraded from summoning random totems to a random one of these conduits, and as long as the hero power is up there will be at least one conduit in play to protect you. The only catch is that with such a powerful effect, Lei Shen requires your deck to be "whole". If it isn't, he will enter the board silenced, which isn't terrible, as a vanilla 8/8 is no small matter, but you won't be given his full potential. If you draw your deck's last duplicate while he is in play, he will immediately withdraw his powers and your last conduit will not be replaced upon its death.
Have you ever wondered what it's like to have Hearthstone's AI take control of you for a moment at the start of your turn? Probably not! But do you want those juicy 0 Mana 15 Health heals? Yes you do! But better be careful with consumption or soon enough you find yourself Facelessing your opponent's 3/3 instead of your own Leeroy. Woops! (My tip: Do not run combo decks with this card.)
I believe since we're running with an inconsistant deck of our own, it isn't too much to disrupt your opponent's combos and tricks. On the other hand, there are a few good murlocs too...right?
Anti-aggro or Anti-Reno

I will admit, this sounds scary with Raza though.
Deathwing
Because she passes on her power.

Here are the Conduits:
legend is like a marriage, one day it'll actually be there.
Deathwing thought it was true love... But when the potion wore off, and he knew it was just a one-turn stand.
I think this effect is about as strong as Reno's effect, if not a little stronger, but it is a class card.
As could be expected, it gives charge just like Potion of Madness and Shadow Madness.
I think this fits the theme of the challenge really well: Go out for a singles night to have a one-night stand.

This is a stronger effect of the Unearthed Raptor.
Thank you Kanye,
Very Cool.
Ready to use before the "If your deck has no duplicates" cards or if you want your combo deck to be smaller.

A card that messes with your opponent's deck.

Note: Works with Overloaded mana. Overloaded crystals are technically "locked," not spent.
