Both great cards, but there are more ways to deal with taunt and less options to deal with weapons. Harrison does kind of suck if they don't have a weapon but TBK is a bigger lemon if they have no taunt.

I think Harrison Jones is more of a control deck card, while The Black Knight is great for tempo/midrange deck (it's a bit too expensive for an aggro deck). IMO, destroying a taunt has a bigger, more instantaneous effect on the board, but the extra cards are awesome for a control deck. Also, every deck type except mech mage and druids (if they use Cat Form) have taunts, while only 5 classes use weapons.
As someone has said above, it really depends on what kind of deck you're crafting. Personally, I crafted The Black Knight for a tempo warrior deck.
I would go for The Black Knight. Almost every deck is running Sludge Belcher or other taunts. Also, I feel that destroying a minion with taunt can give you more tempo than just destroying a weapon and draw 1-2 cards.
!00% True what afding says here! I am really curious, a tempo warrior deck... what does that look like?! I've player warrior for several seasons now and tried to come up with something else than Control, but apart from the early succesful 'enrage warrior' I haven't succeeded.
I was laddering with the deck below, and got to rank 5 about two seasons ago. Granted, it's quite outdated now, but I've had moderate success against aggro matchups (barring Mech Mage), and it's fun to play. I'm still using it in informal tournaments with decent success. Also it's a nice warrior to play if you don't have all the expensive, epic warrior cards that are needed for control warrior.
A friend of mine told me to substitute Frothing Berserker in due to Whirlwind synergy. I've yet to try it, but that would fit well in the deck.
The neat thing about certain classes ( Warrior being one ) is that they never go out of date. This deck looks very viable until about rank 2-3 where you bump into all the hand locks & control warriors.
If your looking for a tech card I would deffo craft BK. Harrison is more of a Tourney card where you run into control after control decks, but thats just my opinion. If BK can remove even the smallest taunter like annoy o tron then it gets it full value imo.

Which to craft?
TBK
I would go for Harrison, he is of much more use in the current meta than TBK is
