I this case I don't feel the mirrored effect is worth it. 2/4 stats is slightly below average for 3 mana and the effect...well in general you play ramp druid because you want to get faster to your big stuff than who you are playing against and ramping your opponent runs counter to that and the card draw kinda runs counter to that as well.
I'm excited about this card, especially if it's a full mana crystal, which it appears to be. On turn 4 that might let you pop off a wrath or hero power on the same turn, improving your board while ramping. The body is solid enough and it lets you ramp harder, putting more expensive cards in your deck. Who cares if your opponent has an extra mana crystal if his cards are worse than yours? It's not great in control vs control, but versus aggro/midrange it might be pretty awesome.
Well, she costs 3 mana, and it's not like Druids have anything better to do on 3 mana. I'm sure it's worth a try in Ramp Druid. It seems like the idea behind this card is to basically have both players skip ahead a turn to get to the lategame faster where Druids tend to be stronger. She probably could have been a 3/4 though since her ability is symmetrical. Pretty art though.
EDIT: Also, while the effect is symmetrical, you get to develop a 2/4, whereas when you play Wild Growth, you basically skip your turn. That could be a big deal against aggressive decks.
Can you really afford to give that extra mana against some pretty fast aggro decks like Zoo or Hunter?
I don't really think so. Even if you managed to get the early game under control (which seems very unlikely if you are doing that kind of turn 3 instead of some Wrath / Coin + Swipe / Coin + Keeper of the Grove) you simply allow them to refill the board with cheap minions or put some big body minion like Doomguard.
Eh both are effects can really suck for you against certain match ups, but it seems like this card is dead in control matches. You do not want to give your opponent cards and you do not want them ramping into threats either. Weird card. Its possible it will see some play but the 3 drop spot for druids are a little wonky. You have BGH, Harvest Golem, Shade of Naxx and even Earthern ring Farseer. This card has some tough competition in ramp druid for that spot.

Hmm.....
Hmm...
hmmmmmmm
I got nothin'
Mill Druid Support? I could see that being a thing.
This looks like a great card for ramp druid! It helps them get to a desirable mana count and fills the 3 slot with a solid minion!
I actually think this card is pretty bad. Symmetrical effect on a sub-standard body.

Feels weak compared to what other classes have been getting for their class cards.
Should've been a 3/4 considering the drawback. Might find its way into a mill deck.
Yeah i find it meh in Ramp and pretty much bad in other Druid decks.
I still don't see Mill Druid being a real thing.
Nice try but it's not enough... Now you can't expect every card to be good!
Anti-aggro. Aggro doesn't really NEED the extra mana crystal as much as the druid does. You fear a druid hitting 7 more than a zoo hitting 7.
Vs control it's a bad card all around.
So it can...work but meh won't make the cut.
One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
It's a fair point that it can be good versus aggro decks.
So maybe it's a versatile 3 drop for mill decks? Against aggro, use crystal. Against control use card draw.
control would enjoy the card draw too. It's just a horribad card vs control.

I said mill deck.
So, here is my current wallpaper (MtG artwork)
Came to hearthpwn, see this card.

Giving extra mana to Zoo will let him Tap AND play what he has in his hand.
You put the last nail to your coffin by yourself imo...
Same for Hunter who can use his Hero power and play something else.
I would only consider this card in a mill deck, the Ramp deck doesn't need such a card that will benefit your opponent as well.
