I am sure most people are going to say either hunter or Druid but most decks have a counter and weaknesses

posted a message on How many heals to have a good matchup against facehunter?

Heals can only do so much. It may be better to run a zombie chow for early board control...pally has a bad matchup against face hunter so even if you do tech against it you may still not be favored. YOu can add Kezan mystic it can really change the match against hunter andmage. also senjins are really good.

posted a message on Confirm/Deny: There needs to be a better way to deck test

In all honesty, that is a ridiculous statement. First of all this game allows you to get all the cards for free and even if you do pay for your cards, you will probably spend a 1/4 of what you would spend for a mtg or yugioh deck, my buddy has a mtg deck that ran $500 and I had one that ran $300. For heath stone I can make pretty much every deck archetype and I have spent maybe $200 over the year (less than $20 a month) this game has been released and this includes the adventures. That is a fairly cheap investment for a card game. Idk if you have a background in other TCG's but the availability of this game is amazing. You have to look at this game as an investment and put a little into it.

posted a message on New Card - Emperor Thaurissan

This card needs to be tested out but I can see this card getting out of control in combo/midrange/control decks. This card doesnt matter with aggro. I can see it getting nerfed to start of you turn instead of end, but it seems like the opponent can kill it w/out too much trouble

Is not all that great. If you save this for the super late game after every threat has been exhausted then this card is great in control. Against aggro...good luck using this.

posted a message on New Card - Fireguard Destroyer (Shaman)

Heh I was thinking shaman needs a good 4-drop. This card is great, even a 4/6 is great value for 4. The only bad out come is getting it to 7/6 and that happens a 1/4 of the time. Definitely going to shift the shaman decks. The overload is not that bad and you can still create a good board on the next turn after you play fireguard

posted a message on New Card - Volcanic Lumberer (Druid)

With BGH being rampant this is not a card you want to play. I guess if you overload your deck with BGH targets then i guess it can stick or bait out bgh. Why would you play this over ancient of war

posted a message on New Card - Dragon Consort (Paladin)

Well pally dragons are thing. this definitely makes a dedicated dragon deck work (to a degree, have to see if a dragon deck is viable but the dragon cards are very strong). Kind of wish that this is a neutral so all the classes can make dragons work, like druid (ramp). But I still love this card and pally is one of my preferred classes to play.

posted a message on New Card - Demonwrath (Warlock)

I can see this as a one-of or a tech card if aggro is in the brm meta. It is alright, hellfire kills more things and shadowflame is better. You can compare it to consecrate but it works different in pally because of tokens and equality. I believe people will choose between hellfire or demonwrath as a personal preference.

It is an aggro deck that curves a little higher, so it does not need it.

posted a message on Help with oil rogue deck

Well Oil Rogue does well in this meta. I would take out the boom. It is your only BGH target and if you want a big minion add in gallywix. Violet teacher is good as well. I am just not a fan of any deck running only one BGH target in this meta, for me its zero or 2+. Now, not to hate, but this is just constructive criticism, this may not be the deck for you. This is a very calculated and skill intensive deck compared to most in the game so if you are hitting the wall at rank 11 and still need to work on basic game play I would go with a less skill intensive deck (which basically means less decisions) with good fundamentals. I would suggest zoo but that is pretty weak right now, Mech Mage is very good also Ramp druid is solid. But, I also understand if you just want to play something you think is interesting. So I would watch Hyped's stream and some other people's VOD's using a deck similar to this so you can get a better understanding. Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect.

Pyroblast is probably a good replacement for leeroy since you are using the damage for burst damage anyway. just a suggestion for people asking for leeroy replacements.

posted a message on The Meta Still hasnt changed

Alright so aggro is healthy for any card game because it can take down greedy decks. The reason that most metas for Hearthstone will be majority aggro decks is because they are by far cheaper than any midrange or control deck and the way ladder is. The way ladder is right now really gives aggro decks the advantage because there games are very fast and you are able to rank up fast. The reason mech mage is so popular is that there is a large decrease in hunters, which is a bad matchup for mech mage.

posted a message on Will the Conquest format be the tournament mode for Hearthstone?

I think that if this new format is very successful that Blizzard would want to implement this as the format for a in-game tournament mode. It makes the most since because it was an in-house design from Blizzard. It would be nice to have a mode like this released whenever the new expansion drops. I am not sure when the first big tournament that uses this format will be, but I know that there are going to be some Blizzard organized tournaments coming up. Personally, I think this format is fresh and exciting because it does emulate ladder play very close, which helps relate tourneys to ranked for the viewers.

posted a message on Mech-Mage without Legendary Cards (No Antonidas & Dr)

Mech mage does not require any legendaries. You can replace the usual legendaries with other cards. I have replaced Antonidas with Pyroblast, yes antonidas to me is far superior because you can get more damage out of him but they are replacable.
