Since Dire Frenzy has a brand new effect how should it interact with existing buffs on the minion from a card like Houndmaster. Also if we cast Dire Frenzy on a minion, draw one of the three shuffled copies, play it, and cast Dire Frenzy on that minion will it now be shuffled in the deck with +6/+6?
I wish Blizzard provided a consistent framework for how cards should operate.
I would say only Dire Frenzy buffs will be kept while shuffled, just by thinking on other times when cards where shuffled into decks, like Psychic Scream. (edit: you shuffle copy of the card affected, not the main card as with Psychic Scream)
And I would say you can stack Dire Frenzy buffs too, but when you use for the first time on a minion it makes 3 copys with +3/+3, and if you use it again will make other 3 with +6/+6, so you will have a nice variety of differents buffs from the same minion (in case you wanna stack or you like their effects).
There is no source from what I'm saying, it's pure speculation.
Sonce it shuffles copies that are already buffed it's quite safe to assume the copies eill retain all other buffs.. which actually make it quite interesting along with many beast buffs available to hunter, and cards like hyena which buff themselves.
edit: the psychoc scream comparation isn't right, because it shuffles the cards themselves, this copies the cards, it's different.
I think it will interact in that way too. I wish they made a keyword for it though and updated Kingsbane to use it. They could even have the explanation on the card text but then it would not confuse players while a creature is able to keep previously applied buff Dire Frenzy buffs when Dire Frenzy is cast on it again whether it is the original one or a drawn copy.

I don't believe so. The card said "shuffle 3 copies with +3/+3" only. doesn't say "shuffle 3 copies with +3/+3 and all other buffs"... otherwise, this card will be OP!
Since Frenzy states "shuffle 3 copies into your deck with +3/+3" odds is that the shuffled copies will just have +3/+3 and no other buffs would remain on it.
So if cast on the same beast twice the second cast will only shuffle three copies with +3/+3 and not +6/+6. That would be the most logical conclusion from the text box but I think it would be going against the spirit of the card. I am sure that many if not most players probably understand the interaction as being the latter one and not the former one.
Its original copies without buffs. Otherwise the card wouldn't state the copies gain +3/3. If it were buffed copes the spell would first buff the card for +3/3 then add an additional 3/3 to the copies effectively making the copies +6/6. Then you could play it again on the already buffed copy effectively making +12/12, on let's say a Boar. So you'd end with 3*1m 7/7 with charge and 3*1m 13/13 with charge. Kind of broken.
The card is simply +3/3 to the minion on board and +3/3 to the 3 copies of the original card into your deck. Still a very powerful card and I'm excited to play it.

it will shuffle the cards without any additional buffs, just like Gang Up shuffles cards without buffs
