Seems like a worse Cone of Cold. Shaman already has a lot of good board clears, and there are cheaper ways to get freeze effects. Overall the card doesn't appear too useful.
Seems decent for a control Shaman, but I have a hard time imagining what you follow up with. If you freeze a minion on turn 4, they will probably have at least 2 or 3 on the board for you to deal with on turn 5, so what are your answers? I can't think of any except Volcano, and you won't have that 2-card combo every time.
It's also really bad if they have few minions on the board, or high health minions that don't die to the 3 damage. Seems too clunky atm, but it's a card to look out for in the future for sure.

Best comparison is with Meteor, freez effect is worth 1 mana in general (think of freezing potion and that doesn't get played). It's effectively meteor only instead of reading deal 15 damage it says freez. I'd say 2/3 of meteor's effect is in that 15 damage and only 2 mana in the deal 3 to adjacent. So this card is at least a full mana worse than meteor so probably wont' see any play as meteor usually only sees one copy in constructed.
Uhh... wouldn't "the adjacent ones" be grammatically correct?
OMG ITS A GAME NOT A SPELLING BEE! NO ONE CARES ABOUT GRAMMAR!
Hearthstone isn't a small game made by a small indie company. It's not unreasonable to expect a huge international company that makes millions of dollars of profit to know proper English.
Uhh... wouldn't "the adjacent ones" be grammatically correct?
Why? Without a definite article, native English speakers assume you mean "any adjacent ones," which is technically more correct than saying "the adjacent ones" when you don't know for a fact that such ones will even exist.

Carpe Diem - Seize the day
This card its bad, shaman has better options for and AOE and for removal, it would be playble only in a freeze shaman deck.
My magic will tear you apart!
The condition is a bit too difficult in my opinion, although the card is decent.
Seems playable. If Freeze Shaman is a thing, it will be a staple.
