I'm saving up for a Neutral legendary, but I have all these:
Sylvanas Windrunner, Baron Geddon, Alexstrasza, Ragnaros the Firelord, Cairne Bloodhoof, The Black Knight, Bloodmage Thalnos, Ysera, Old Murk-Eye, Gelbin Mekkatorque, and Leeroy Jenkins.
Strictly speaking, is King Mukla the next best Neutral legendary after ALL of these?
Leeroy>Mukla if you don't have it yet. Also, Harrison Jones is pretty good.

Personally, I'm partial to Malygos. Partly because it was the first legendary I got, (might even have been the first pack I ever opened), partly because I prefer control decks, partly because he's so damn bad ass! They don't call him Malygod for nothing.
I would say death wing. He is a great finished and can change the game. Unless you run hunter i wouldn't craft Mukla.
As Pacmanexus said I would choose Harrison Jones over King Mukla as well. Then Malygos because in my opinion he more fun then King Mukla.
