This week brawl is even more rng, and less skill then webspinners.
So what's next?
Whoever gets coin wins? Unless he is not mage clasd oc then he would still lose...
This is about everything you need to know about both this brawl, and the banana one.
Now, i really like the brawl concept, but don't you think it would be cooler if there was always a buff and a nerf? Something to make more then 1 strategy viable?
Examples: summoner rules, and all spells cost 1 more mana. Now you have motivation to have minions decks as well...
Or banana brawl and 50 shields, now you want to play more control...
Blizz, i just dont get you. You always say a good card design is one with disadvantage as well as strength. Brawl doesnt need balance, but it needs to have even rules to promote at least 2 if not 3 strategies.
Tavern Brawl is intended to be heavily weighted RNG... have you heard of something called fun? Guessing you didn't play with too many toys as a kid. I swear some people miss the forest for the trees.
I totally agree with rabbitme234. Brawl is a cool concept, but right now it's just so much rng and even worse, there is alwyas only one good deck, one good strategy. after 2 hours you can find the best deck somewhere on the internet and from then on...always the same.
Btw: No need to be that offensive. At least try not to write like a 9 year old... (@bh182)
I find this week's brawl to be very funny! It does not favor aggro at all, but rather classes that have decent mid- to late game spells. I faced a vast variety of decks and classes when playing. I myself have a lot of success with a druid deck with Soul of the Forest, Power of the Wild but also Starfall and Starfire. Really nice to see some cards you usually don't see. Even Headcrack is pretty decent in this format!
that is correct. i just lost to a mage who basically just curved their spells in. nothing you can do against that but curve your spells in as well.
Because getting a Chillwind Yeti from a Swipe, or War Golem from a Sprint doesn't scream value or anything right? I know these are just basic cards and the RNG isn't always going your way, but that's the point, isn't it? To try new things that aren't always apparent and immediately successful?
You're talking about "viable" strategies as if winning anything beyond one game actually means something in the grand scheme of things.
EDIT: winning anything beyond one game in Tavern Brawl, that is
this week is fun, i agree it's a lot of rng but i kinda like it even though i dislike rng cards. that comment about the coin is just stupid though, so you win the game because you get a wisp or a target dummy? i don't think so.
If you don't have RNG in it, there are usually 1 or 2 superior decks and everyone else are playing them after one day like the banana brawl. So in terms of fun this is better and this weeks tavern brawl gives you also the opportunity to try different things.

ya, shut the front door already. It's cold in here!
i got the giant ... dammit blizzard. is it because i played mind control?
Don't like it - don't play it. Maybe you'll like the next one.
BTW I think Blizzard wants some of them to be big time RGN games
Silver Hand Recruit
this brawl actually most fun of all.

let me change your mind...

I want this to be Hearthstone all the time. Ranked like this, yes please.
