1: Significantly better balanced then Rag vs Nefarian. KT is a fairly easy to play (But also easy to mess up if you play Haunted Creeper before you have 6 minions on the rez board).
Rafaam is HARD to play. If you don't manage to have one of his 3 no-killing removals by the time he plays Noth, Gothick, Feugan+Stallag, or Heigan, you are shit out of luck. If you don't manage to get the fully upgraded legendary power by turn 10, you are probably going to be shit out of luck.
The biggest thing was having to play around Counterspell. During the first few matches as Rafaam, whenever I lost, it was entirely due to not playing around Counterspell and thus having my entomb/blood goblet countered. Other then that, it was long and close battles that I felt I would lose at any moment. RNG can also be a bitch with Rafaam, far more then KT.
I honestly don't get why so many people had such problems with this brawl. The strategy seemed simple enough. If Rafaam, mulligan for your staff pieces and some AOE, try to snipe weak minions over, say, Heigan the Unclean.
Unless your KT is a complete idiot he's not gonna give you that chance. I lost a game where all the opponent did was literally play Gothik and then just spam hero power rest of the game, didn't get the Naga so I had literally 0 way to beat that once the first two Gothik's died.
The only way to counter that play (for the next time the Brawl is up), is to not play ANY cards Gothick (and Heigan) can kill themselves on. If they try to use that strat of only playing that card, you got up to 12 turns before you die, unless, of course, they kill Gothick/Heigan with Necrotic Poison (Which should be changed to ONLY target enemy minions, because turn 7 Gothick+NP combo = GG)

Doesn't work. If you don't play anything they just start dropping equally powerful cards like Faerlina or Heigan.
I initially disliked this brawl because it was super easy to win with Kel'Thuzad, and I kept getting crushed by him. But once you find the weaknesses, he was beatable. I came to really like this brawl because of the challenge and strategy in trying to win with Rafaam. I think in the long haul Rafaam had the more solid deck, but K'T was fast.
I know this brawl is now over, but I ran into something that struck me as a bug... was wondering if people would consider this a bug. I was playing as rafaam and with the 2nd lvl hero power I got a mountain giant, which I played. The following turn I ran it into a 3 attack minion and then played Lady Nazjar (she'd be the one who swaps every minion with another minion of the same mana cost). Her effect went off and hit every minion, but my mountain giant wasn't touched. It was still damaged. There are only 2 12mana minions (mountain and clockwork giant), but I assumed even if that random 50/50 hit mountain again that atleast my giant would be healed, no? Isn't that how this type of effect usually works?
I wonder how the RNG here works in terms of who gets which hero - 5 out of 6 times I got Rafaam, losing almost every brawl with him.
Some final thoughts on it.

0/10, possibly the worst brawl yet. Games were super long, frustrating as hell, and not fun at all.

If it's anything like her hero power in the adventure fight, once a minion is at max mana it doesn't shift.
What does that mean? This isn't like the boss fight where it gives a random minion that costs one more...it's the same mana cost.
