Hi everyone! I've been playing HS since Naxx and during 2018 I hit standard legend every month. In legend ladder however, sometimes I find queuing quest rogue is really nice to counter some slow decks. I gave the deck a shot but after a couple of days I plummeted to rank 3K from 500. Obviously I'm doing something really wrong as I already know I lost some pretty favorable matches just because I misplayed.
My question is: do you suggest any streamer or any vid to learn and master all the tricks in this really complicated deck? I especially find it difficult to know when to leave my minions on the board before quest completion. Any thoughts?

Now, seriously... i don't know any streamer, but you should just observe your deck. Against control, the best combo is vicious + zola + zola on zola (from valeera). Basically, you won. Also, vanish is a perfect card to just kill your opponent board when it's too good.
I know the infinite Zola combo. Just wanted to improve my general plays with the deck and thought that maybe watching some more experienced player could help. The case you're mentioning happens against some control decks like Odd Warrior pretty often but it's pretty easy to manage. Maybe I just need some more practice for some scenarios. For instance, do I go for giggling + sonya right away or just wait until they play a big board to kill it with boars? Or another situation I usually find myself in is having to use Zola or Sonya to advance quest progress and make tempo plays against for example Hunter but then lose because I don't have enough value late and they play Rexxar on 6.

What this guy said. Oh, and drop a few gigglings and bounce them to make a near impenetrable wall.

As you said, you need to learn more scenarios.
Because sonya is used to complete the quest, or to just bounce the minions a lot... You basically need to learn how to manage your hand to make the quest quicker. Don't use zola if you don't need to, unless you are Valeera DK... too strong.
Maybe you just need to search on YouTube some game about that deck, watch it... play it, think about the game. Your missplay for example

Zalae and friends were playing quest rogue awhile (a few weeks?) back. He's not a quest rogue specialist or anything but his streams are always highly informative, especially when he's doing a co-op with other pro players. I suggest you check the VODs. There was even one instance where he was coaching Pathra, who is new to the deck
Tips from a stupid noob me:
While in DK form, giggling, brewmaster on giggling, shadow reflected brewmaster on brewmaster is also an infinite loop. Unlike the other combo, this one doesn't leave mana for scalehide heal but creates minions with divine shield
You generally don't want to play any minions before a quest turn if your opponent can remove them. The exceptions are usually if it threatens lethal, you have tons of resources or if you're in danger of dying
^ If you're about to finish the quest with one proc and play the quest next turn, it's even usually correct to hold the minion and float mana. The following turn you'd play the quest target minion with the quest so that it's a 4/4 instantly
Don't worry too much about burst and boars. Most list these days only run 1 boar, this is because with the new nerfs and cards in quest rogue, the deck has become much more grindy and value oriented rather than bursty like the previous iterations
Sonya is extremely valuable in the lategame and you want to make sure she gets good value. That said, if you can get a fast quest completion, it's worth it to throw her out even against slow decks. Faster quest = more 4/4s
Because of the existence of the 2nd infinite combo mentioned above, Zola isn't that important to keep anymore

I've never played Quest Rogue, but I was thinking about going really infinite with Baleful Banker after DK Valeera, first on a Giggling Inventor (for example) and then on the first Baleful Banker. Wouldn't it be a real thing for fighting decks that go into fatigue?
Also is there any way to beat secret mage with this deck? Their secrets are just too much for really anything you can do
Nope. This is literally the hard counter. If your WR against it is 0%, you're not doing anything wrong. In the tournament scene, secret mage is basically hard carried by the fact that it counters a powerful and popular deck to such an extent
highest win streak atm = 8; max loss atm = 5 in the end I am at sth. 52-54% WR (Rank 5-3) I would not say that I am good at this... I think I am missing some basic HS-skills or a brain or something..
The correct mulligan is one of the toughest things... With many variatons of decks per class this alone can cost you many games... Druid, Warlock and Hunter are sometimes harder to guess... But in general you'll face Token Schmok, Zoo and Odd Rogue/ Paladin
The basic route = survive before quest... You'll finish the quest sooner or later.
Against aggro: coin + dagger can be ok, also Tempo-Brewmaster, if no 1-drop, Vanish is key... glacial also I would never hold giggling in my starting hand
many combos will show up while the board or game dictates it
often you'll be pushied into finishing your quest with giggling
Feno has a few videos in store... I recommend the last one... This shows how vulnerable the deck can be... The earlier videos are some kind of nuts, because he's drawing sonya many times just in time or gets it per mulligan

1) Start the game
2) Use your quest
3) Complete the quest
4) You dead? No? You won

Thanks a lot guys for all the advice! I haven't used that Giggling + Brewmaster infinite loop a lot and I will for sure try it out more often.

Only a few vids on, but he explains a lot
Isn't it more like,
1) Start the match
2) Have good luck
3) Have your quest completed by turn 5
4) Still lose because you are playing against odd warrior
