As a person who spent a decent amount of money on this game (about $100 per expansion, plus the money spent for all of the past adventures), I'd suggest you to wait until the final reveal of the cards to pre-purchase the new expansion. If, for example, the expansion doesn't feel good enough for you, you avoid spending money on worthless cards.
Personally, I wasn't so excited for the Boom's Day Project expansion after the final reveal, so I ended up in spending only gold (about 8k) and crafting the cards that I really wanted to try out (Dr. Boom, Mecha'thun combo pieces, and other small things like the shuffling elekk). I'm happy with my choice this time and I will probably do the same in the future :)
(By the way, not a pro player here so don't get my words as the universal truth!)
As I was saying, I replaced Tyrantus with Malygos, and I removed the Gloop Sprayer and one Jasper Stone to make room for two Naturalize (one for big threats and one for the Hadronox). The Furious Ettin is also gone for a Fatespinner (really good as a board clear and helps with the quest progression).
So far I made it from rank 14***** to rank 11***** with a lot of fun (I'm recently playing only wild for the lack of fun in standard)!
I've never played Quest Rogue, but I was thinking about going really infinite with Baleful Banker after DK Valeera, first on a Giggling Inventor (for example) and then on the first Baleful Banker. Wouldn't it be a real thing for fighting decks that go into fatigue?
As the battlecry states: "Destroy your hero and replace it with Lord Jaraxxus", you become the minion Lord Jaraxxus. You lose all your previous HP, health points, and armor. You gain a weapon, a new HP and 15 health points.
I love Quest Druid, I'll give it a try for sure. Any good idea for replacing Tyrantus? Maybe Deathwing, or even Malygos for some good ol' 9 damage Swipe or 10 damage UI?
The idea is playing Emperor with Mech-C'thun and Bloodbloom in hand, Hemet helps thinning your deck, then you want to play Mech-C'thun, Bloodbloom and Cataclysm for the OTK.
I would include N'zoth in case the opponent uses Dirty Rat/Death Lord on Mech-C'thun.
There's another combo that's more consistent, harder to defend against, uses fewer cards, is simpler to do, and takes a lot less time to pull off, and is still in the warlock class
step 1: reach fatigue
step 2: play thaurissan + drakkari enchanter
step 3: play Mechathun and Cataclysm.
GG
You can play that or just Bloodbloom + Cataclysm after just one tick of the Emperor, so that you'll have two possible ways to pull out the combo :) remember to use Hemet for better results!

I know that's really bad, greedy and clunky at the same time, but one way to play this card would be play Augmented Elekk, then Kobold Illusionist into Necrium Blade, summon Hakkar, the Soulflayer, Backstab Hakkar, the Soulflayer, Preparation Academic Espionage and you basically dilute your deck so that the chances to get a Corrupted Blood get very low, while your opponent will struggle with every draw.
Or you can play Malygos Rogue and you should be doing fine.

Just go Reno and use this combo as winning condition, alternatively you can always play Reno Lock ;)
