A topdecked Sylvanas Windrunner or Harvest Golem aren't late game topdeck bombs, but they do have undeniable synergy with your buff minions and offer card advantage to boot. That being said, I've been testing a lot of variations of this deck today.
Given that Blizz would probably announce it ahead of time and its already December 4, it's not looking good. If it does come out this month, I think it will be in very late december.
Gonna roll a legendary-less variant with 2 youthful brewmasters, was already winning pretty good with my version (which was about 70% similar) but I think a lot of the changes from that one to this one were positive.
I copy-pasted a list that won the latest Managrind and wrote a little primer so people who don't follow tournament results could get in on the fun. Calm down people. This isn't that serious!
Was crushed earlier by a Paladin playing a very similar deck to this one in strategy.
I've been trying to replicate the Paladin deck. Only to partial success. The problem is gaining card draw without sacrificing any of the one drops, and while keeping strong two drops. I've opted mostly for Blessing of Wisdom.
is hogger a viable trade for leeroy, he spawns minions to proc knife junggler, with a taunt to, it just seems like even more synergy.
No. He's slow, and does too little in the turn he comes into play. Leeroy is king because he does 6 damage right in the same turn he's played, that makes him one hell of a finisher. Hogger does nowhere near that for this deck, and I'd say it's a terrible card for it.
While the deck looks super solid, it's decks like this that makes the game boring as hell, IMO...
Yeah but its getting known in the meta which means it'll be countered, as someone else once said - the game is getting to the point where Wisp is playable.

Nozdormu wins you every game where you opponent has to go to the bathroom on turn 9.
Been playing a slight variant of this (no sylvannas and only 1 squire to make room for an abusive sergeant and the ooze) for about 2 weeks now and winning a solid 80-90% of the time at 3 star masters. However, I almost lost to a friend's starter deck that just had an absurd number of taunters. I feel that the meta could shift to heavy taunters in response to decks like this.
i just subbed out the dark irons, azure drakes and argent commandeers for shieldmasta's, a fen creeper/spiteful smith and 2 sunwalkers in my rogue deck.
the other key card ive been running is blood knight. sniping the argent squires shield is the nuts and if they are forced to silence or trade into the blood knight its a win for any future taunter.
this is the only way i feel my rogue deck has a shot in the current meta. rogues cannot out aggro this and using the dagger to kill stuff just feeds right into the warlocks plan of getting you low enough to soulfire finish.
this has improved my matchup a lot against this warlock deck and hunter otk deck and im slightly better (thanks to my board not being easily cleared) against the mage freeze and burn you down deck. im sticking with it because these 3 decks are 75 percent of the play matchups now.
Priest control featuring high health minions, a high taunter count, inner fire/divine spirit and some Soulpriest exploits do have a great chance in the current metagame and I can see them doing quite well moving forward. Shaman with two Earth Elementals is key as well.
Doomguard over Sylvanas Windrunner is a very comparable decision to Arcane Golems over Harvest Golems. You've got to decide if you want more finishing power or more consistency.

This deck is insane. I am undefeated with turn 5 victories being a regular occurrence. This deck is stupid lol.

What about a Faceless Manipulator over Sylvanas Windrunner? They seem somewhat comparable.
Reckless Rocketeer is a comparable replacement for Leeroy Jenkins.
I've so many Legendaries, yet no Sylvanas or Leeroy. :(

Holy crap. This deck. Just been playing it. I'm 9-2 so far. Cripes, I'm winning before turn 7. And once won at the end of turn 4.

By the way, Power Overwhelming is a major finisher if you don't have Leeroy. Much better than the Rocketeer.
Playing this in 3 start master so far lost all games.
You may want to play the actual deck by Ostkakalol, it makes more sense than this knockoff.

Still winning games with this!

Who? Maybe you should supply a link, because this comment is entirely unhelpful.

That list is not the same as Fjorn's. 20% of the deck is different.
To call Fjorn's list a knockoff seems a tad harsh.

the meta will probably be control next week lol.

Yeah, Shaman and Priest are excellent against this style of deck. Shadow Madness, Holy Smite, Shadow Word: Pain, etc from Priests and Forked Lightning, Lightning Storm, Rockbiter Weapon, Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, Hex and Earth Elemental from Shaman really put a damper on this strategy. You can also expect to see Bluegill Warrior in these style of decks if aggro becomes too prominent.
