I just spent like 80bucks for the dust to build the Quattro murloc rouge now maybe I am making some horrible mistakes but I can't get past 17 in ranked anyone give me any help I would be very greatful
Rank 17? Seriously? Well first step would be to delete murloc rogue deck and make some tier 1 deck for sure. They are not expensive. Forget about the fun decks. In HS it's either ladder success or fun. You have to pick one.
I know Miracle is not the most advisable deck to play, but if you want to play Rogue and not sell your soul to the devil to overdose in crystal, it's the one true way to go. (You can also make a Jade Rogue deck, I can give you a couple fun lists)
You don't sell any soul to anyone. It's just a damn game. Jeez

If you can't get at least rank 15 with that deck that means you're probably making some mistakes, but either way just change it to some tier 1-2 deck
Ok what would be your recommendation on a tier 1 deck I don't have much for dust considering that deck I just built I do have a pirate warrior and a burn mage
Both pirate warrior and burn mage are good enough. But if you want a new deck to save dust for, token druid, jade druid and token shaman are a few good picks

It's only ladder succes. I don't think losing is fun even if you play a wacky deck. When the Pauper Tavern Brawl came out(Basic + Common + Rare only) I tried Aggro rogue. It was so fun! and I was able to win games as well. I had not played a lot of rogue before. I didn't have many Rogue cards. So, I made a cheap Pirate Aggro Rogue(I had patches). But since that deck lacked Leeroy, Prep, Edwin, etc, I was not able to win games. I was not able to do what I wanted to do with that deck. Even though the deck was fun, but losing every single game with that deck was not fun.

I've heard that Gul'dan buys some souls. "Your soul shall be mine". Do you know what price does he pay for the soul?

Don't trust decks posted on Hearthpwn. He might have reached Legend rank 33 but from what rank. He might already be Legend when he started playing this deck. The Legend meta is very different.
2xNaga Corsair makes no sense in his deck.
Still, you should have reached at least rank 12-15 with this deck, but I know why you are not able to reach there. It's because of Psychological factor. You saw that deck is good. When you started playing that deck you would have thought "I will wreck everyone", but losing some games tilted you and that image of Legend rank 33 is stopping you from playing to your full potential and is Tilting you.
Play Burn Mage to avoid Tilt. Pirate Warrior is also very tilting.

Instead of playing new decks change your mindset by watching streamers and try to remember your mistakes, right them down in a paper the most important one is ,remembering your mistakes, have a good day

Deck is not bad but aggro rogue are notoriously harder to play compared to pirate or token aggro deck. If it is your first deck real high dust deck it will difficult to learn such difficult deck, water package itself can be difficult to play.
It is like giving someone a two daggers and asking him to take on a guy with a big warhammer.
The second problem is the meta, rank 17 meta is much different from higher up.
I played a lot of murloc rogue during last year, if you want I could spectate some of your games. (EU only)
Man, you've probably be doing some terrible mistake but you also have choose not the most performing deck of the meta. If you're target is ranking up more than playing something that's fun then you should go for Pirate Warrior, Murloc Paladin, Token Shaman/Druid and Midrange Hunter: all of them are cheap on dust and fast.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Every tier 3 deck can climb to rank10 even to rank5 if you have a read of meta and know how to play against the specific decks.
What I could suggest instead of using and crafting some stupid tier 1 hyped decks, play what you feel you know how it works and you like to play. You will feel more satisfaction and success also. The knowledge of meta and basic gameplay is the key. Experimenting with the own decks is fun part of the game. Have fun
You could still do well without those cards, it's not just about the deck. Rogue, unlike the other classes, is very unique in how it plays. Even Quest Rogue, which can be misplayed and still highroll the hell out of you, requires some skill to play well. But in general the whole class requires proper technical play to succeed. You will notice that not many players play Rogue, but most players that do, usually know the class very well and as such have a bias towards it. When you learn the class you start to get quite attached to it
Rogue is a blast to play most of them time. The first class I really liked. Before I was netdecking a tier 1/2 deck I could craft and that all. The first time I net deck a rogue deck the class really stuck to me. Enjoyed playing the deck so much I played almost 3 times more than usual that first month.
op: if you like rogue gameplay stick to it. The class is nice and once you have the miracle cards most the next miracle deck just need a few tech to create a new deck.

Let's be honest here: any reasonable deck is good enough for rank 15, let alone rank 17.
