As everyone knows by now, Cubelock is here to stay and this is a match-up we're going to be seeing a lot. But who's the favorite? I think it's a very intensive fight, with lots of room for misplaying (or good plays too). So what tips would you give?
- Neutralizing the Carnivorous Cube is the most important thing. We run one Silence, which IMO should be saved for it. I would even consider a Spellbreaker for a better chance of drawing the silence effect, but also silencing the Voidcaller or the 2/2 recruiter is imperative, if you don't want to see a Voidlord, Doomguard or Mal'Ganis at turn 5!
- Psychic Scream is great for delaying him at the right moment and even better, sending a well-fed Cube back to his deck (it loses the deathrattle, I think). Or if he's anxious and plays Gul'dan early, you can also VANISH them!
- Playing Anduin early (before his Gul'Dan) is risky, because then you won't have an answer to Gul'Dan. I'd hold Anduin for when he plays his DK. Then it's GG.
There are many other details to this match-up, let's bring them! We can also discuss Big Priest vs Cubelock, it's another great fight.
This is not even a contest. Ignore everything he does, play Raza, play Anduin, kill him from 24 using the Prophet Velen+Mind Blast combo. The important thing here is to realize you aren't Control Warrior; you're Miracle Rogue. You're Miracle Rogue with healing and perfect board clears. Just let him do whatever he wants with the cubes, casually silence it, then kill him because he can't kill you fast enough and you have close to 30 damage worth of burst. Sure, save Psychic Scream for Gul'Dan. If you run Pint-Sized Potion you can also use it+Potion of Madness or Cabal Shadow Priest to steal his cube and win that way. Either way, if you lose to Cubelock as combo priest, you're either playing it wrong or he got insanely lucky.
One tick from Emperor Thaurissan and a good 1 mana potion from Kazakus and the combo priest should be fine. I've bursted my opponents down from +30 hp. All you need to do is to stay alive and set up your combo.
Hell... include Spawn of Shadows and you have two win conditions against him.

Thanks. Great points. I actually lost to one because of a huge misplay: playing Psychic Scream and Anduin BEFORE his Gul'Dan so... But I don't think it's as easy as you say. How do you deal with a T5 Mal'Ganis without a SW:D or Lightbomb (IF you run it)?
I'd be careful if he manages to cube a doomguard, then copy the cube, etc shenanigans... and I don't have a silence or vanish to neutralize the cube. Otherwise, just be patient as you say.
I'm facing this matchup often and it's really not that 1-sided as you say. IF we draw everything on curve (Raza/Anduin/Spawn) with well-timed AoEs and silences it's doable but when both DKs are down, his advantage grows each turn if you don't have the burst in hand for an OTK. I gotta say lately I've been more on the warlock side and not seeing so many priests as before... But still think it's a cool match-up for both sides
Well in standard (don't know about wild, sorry) I run mass dispel and mind control. I have enough clears and healing there to keep me alive from agro and the dispel/mind control are also useful for other control decks (at least in standard)

I second the Spawn of Shadows inclusion... I've been running it for a while and it ends games FAST.
