Long story short: NO you didn't....because you can't
HUnter isn't in a bad spot because they have bad cards. It's because there's a lot of stuff in the meta that completely shuts them down, mainly Reno and Shaman with their extremely potent starts and removal/boardclears.
Hunter has a giant arsenal of tools athis disposal, hell my own attempts to make a great hunter deck were mostly stifled by the fact that HUnter hass TOO MANY goo dcards at the moment and i jsut can't fit all of them in one deck.
Hunter will rise after the rotation, I'm sure of it. Without Trogg and Totem Golem Hunter will once again be the class with the most powerful early drops. (xept for maybe Pirate warriors or Zoolocks) and maybe Call of the Wild will make a return. Plus, with reno gone, control decks are much more vulnerable to Hunter's constant face pressure
The list i made only loses bear trap and ragnaros, it literally will eat up decks when reno is gone and taunt priest is gone (aka dragon priest). I can understand your frustration but the truth is my list with buzzard, it has made it more viable to actually play the deck since pirate warrior is a lot less common in the meta now. the second list i made with a bit more reach and less secrets is a lot better.

my friend, I understand what you mean, but that wasn't my point.
I like your deck, I think it's really creative with bringing Buzzard back and all that, but as good as it might be it's not "viable" in the sense that it can and will be beaten by other popular metadecks on basis of ressources alone. Pirate warrior isn't even a problem nowadays, it's mostly all the variations of Shaman that will mess up your day.
this deck is apparently working for you and it has a clear strategy behind it, but as time goes by you will find that a lot of decks that are actually optimized towards the current meta will beat it regularly.
I wish you best luck with this deck and I hope Un'goro brings a bunch of cards that you can add to it and really make it shine

Also, you gotta realize now people are playing more jade druid since aggro is more or less half as played as it was before the nerfs. so you will gain a lot more wins just off of jade decks
I will defiantly try it, but I do not think this deck is optimized at all. Yet. Miracle hunter might be something one day, but I don't think this meta is the day. I also feel like this deck does not have the reach, and damage to kill your opponent, especially with all the reno decks. I think it also is too slow. I do like the concept.

The current issue is i'll play mage/rogue/druid 5x in a row an win all of them and then i'll get 5 matches of priest in a row and lose all of them. its just bad luck in the meta right now. you don't get to face decks equally

You need to look at the second version i made
Oh, for some reason I did not see the 2.0 version of the deck. Ragnaros is very strong against Mage, but does this stand any chance against Warlock? I will have to try it for myself before I can say anything more

its actually better vs warlock reno than mage reno
and remove Savannah Highmane great card but really slow for this meta :(
barnes pulling savannah is just too strong right now especially with a follow up buzzard the next turn because who would killa 1/1 highmane to fight 4/4 stats
Only thing i hate is that most priest decks hard counter this deck and all i've seen today is priest, and the second i switch to anti i priest decks i get decks this deck would eat up.
I actually do believe the system matches you up against shit to curve your win rate to 55-60% there is no such thing as a deck with 85% win rate. There are players who get lucky and don't get matched against counters 85% of the time, but naturally people will get skewed against hard counters
Any death rattle beast that spawns more beasts has automatic synergy with Starving Buzzard and Tundra Rhino. This includes cards such as Rat Pack, Kindly Grandmother, Infested Wolf, and Savannah Highmane. Aside from Highmane, all of those cards can be played on curve ahead of turn 5. If they stuck on the board by turn 5 when you have Buzzard or Rhino in hand, then you can play them, trade in your deathrattle minions, and get immediate value off the newly summoned beasts, either getting new cards via Buzzard, or getting unexpected damage via charge from Rhino on the newly summoned beasts.
The other approach to getting value from Buzzard is waiting past turn 5 and playing it with cheap cards such as Alleycat, or a lesser extent the Pantry Spider which isn't as playable. If you can have Unleash the Hounds and Buzzard against a board of 2+ minions on turn 8, that would be another chance to get value out of Buzzard, but I find the deathrattle approach more interesting.
Another interesting interaction is that I believe Snake Trap and Cat Trick also work with Buzzard.

I'm sure there's away to play this deck with just beast synergy and deathrattle but this is a secret hunter deck, not a build-a-Beast deck
I like the look of this, even the inclusion of Starving Buzzards. It seems very logically put together, but 2 Tundra Rhino might be too many with how few beasts you have in the deck. The only beasts that would hold good synergy with the Rhino are the Kindly Grandmother, to deal 4 damage to a minion, and Savannah Highmane, for obvious reasons. The beasts that are summoned from traps are no matter, as they'll be able to attack the next turn anyway. I would think that a Timber Wolf will be better than a second Tundra Rhino as the wolf will add another and different source of beast synergy. Another option to swap with Rhino would be a Snake Trap. Snake Trap could also be a replacement for Unleash the Hounds to combo with Buzzard if facing slower control decks.
