you should watch some vods of pros using druid, that way you can get better with your list and piloting it, druid took me to rank 6 thes season, then I change decks to get to rank 5, so I wouldn't call the class bad
Just played a secret Paladin and got beat. Cant deal with those CUNT fuck secret decks. Thats all thats out here it seems.
I removed the Kel, added back another growth, and removed a Living roots too. I dont get how this Druid deck "wins"? If you draw the combo at th perfect time, great but otherwise what do you do? The deck is too slow for any type of aggro and most midrange decks. And it cant beat paladins ever. ??????
s2mikey you complain about almost everything on this forum and you must be one of the most salty active users I have ever seen. Why do you keep playing this game? I'm just curious... If you don't enjoy it, you must find another kind of entertainment dude...
Only 1 wild growth is not good. I am also not a fan of 2 living roots.
Hi let's pretend I just swapped from priest to druid and I'd like to know why this is the case... can you 'splain it to me pls? :D I ask because in an aggro-heavy meta I feel like I do better with 2 roots and 1 WG.
Edit to say I'm not actually using 2 roots... here's my deck atm:

Coming from a fan of Ramsey Bolton. Wow. Thats funny unto itself. Im sure you never get salty at this game and hit legend within 10 mins of the season opening, right? ;)
included rag and savage combatant for 1) better trades with savage combatant, 2) rag can provide that final push to put opponents in combo range on turn 8, into combo on turn 9 for lethal.

Some interesting choices in there. I dont have Harrison. I also feel that there are too many cards that you are only runing one of, unless thats common for Druid. And wouldnt Kel Thuzad be just as good as Rags if not better at the 8-slot?

Wait, this doesn't make any sense... How being a fan of Ramsay Bolton could be related to being a salty player? Ramsay must be one of the most happy evil characters on Game of Thrones, almost everything is a funny joke to him (except the fact that he was a bastard... sometimes), he enjoys a lot every evil act he commits (and he does them very often), and is a very succesful man compared to the average guy on this fantasy world. Remember than this dude can win a war with just twenty good men and an invisible plot armour :P.

Yeah, fair enough. As for Hearthstone, this fucking game drives people nuts because you have so LITTLE actual control over what happens and that sucks. I want some of the RNG and luck taken OUT so we can control what happens more. Tired of terrible starting cads. Tired of opponents top-decking what they need. Tired of my first 3-4 draws being high cost cards or board clears that I dont need. What the fuck?
This is why its so streaky - the matchups dictate whats going to happen in most cases. The idea of there being a high skill cap in this game is laughably incorrect. Just catch the right deck & matchups and amazingly you win a lot of games. Gotta play nonstop to do it but thats how it works. Just wish it was more like chess and les like fucking Roulette.

OK - show me tangible proof that achieving high ranks in this game isnt based on matchups & the "hot deck"? Everyone is playing the same decks on ladder. We ALL know whats coming and when. Its not nuclear physics. So, when most all else is equal the only remaining factors are starting cards, draws, and various other RNG aspects. And, before you say "that all equals out", Id ask WHEN? Whats the magic number of games until Im gauranteed to stop getting bad starting cards or whatever?
As an example - I just played 3 straight games with midrange Paladin and ALL fucking 3 games my starting hand included Tirion, equality, and one other usless card. Got run over ALL 3 games. Conceded by turn 4. Ya telling me one of those Youtube clowns would have "skiled" their way out of it? Nope. DEAD. No cards - You LOSE.
The gane has its moments of being fun and honestly Im on vacation for a the next few weeks and have nothing better to do. Believe me Im looking for a new card game that isnt so effing dependent on10 different things to go right.
Chess is overrated. At the very high level it is a game of memorization. That equals not fun to me. Go is a much better game imo.
KelThuzad is not the same as Rag at the 8 spot in that deck at all though. KT won't get around a taunt. KT works best in decks that like to use their board to clear the board. You tank all your minions into your opponents board and then drop KT. Hopefully with a taunt or two to protect KT. The only way to break KT in combo druid is have him on board the turn you play FON and you get your trees back. But, why do that when you should just be winning the turn you play FON?
I'm running Druid right now and it's a hybrid Druid I would say with big threats for end game. So far I'm like 20-9 with the deck but I feel it depends on match up and mulls really. Aggro Druid is not strong with the meta right now but your classic ramp would be fine overall... Just know when to switch from board control to face. The meta is strange this season and hope it evens out soon

To achieve higher ranks in this game (legend for example), in the most effective way, you have to understand the current meta first, and choose your deck according to that. It is not only about chosing one of the most popular deck out there and being lucky man...

OK - but....when the meta is loaded with such specific "This deck beats that deck but not other decks", WTF do ya do? Tech for aggro only to face reno-lock BS? Tech for late game and get run over by Shamans and Tempo Mages? What is the "consistent" deck then?
I understand the meta. Ive been playing a lot over the last few months and its the same damned thing: Oops, wrong matchup. Ive watched the youtube vids of various players and interestingly they rarely make a play that I wouldnt have or not made a play I would have if that makes sense. Ive tried to "git gud" as the clowns around here say. But, what am I "getting good" at actually? Drawing well? Catching a string of favorable matchups which gets me through the ladder fast? Ive tried Midrange Paladin, Druids, everything. Always seems like I win when I get decent cards and lose when I dont. What the hell else is there? care to explain or provide meaningful data that the game isnt just a casino? My data says it is, for the most part. Thats fine... but it should be advertised as a casino game, LOL.
I think OP is a troll, the other day he made a thread about how bad midpala is
Its not doing that well right now on the ladder games Im getting stuck with. Secret Pally KILLS it. Aggro shaman does too. Control Warrior and Renolock are 50/50. Show me how good it is. What, did some website say so? Yeah, that means a lot, LOL.

Pick a deck learn it to the point where you don't even have to think about the plays, they are just like muscle memory. Stick with that deck and only that deck, learn it's match ups. Learn what beats it, learn how it beats other decks. Know every option, learn to recognize decks after the first 2 or 3 card drops. When you get to that point that is when the the RNG starts to even out over a long series of games. That is when you know how to combat a bad hand. That is when you start to win the matches that could go either way, That is when you stop making stupid mistakes you didn't know you were making. That is what people mean by "git gud"

defeating a sandwich only makes it tastier
KT is utter trash in this deck. Remove 1 Roots/KT with 2x Shade or 1 Shade/1x Finley
I win due to skill and lose due to bad RNG. :D
