My interpretation: I see Uther of the Ebon Blade and Bolvar, Fireblood as higher risk because other paladin decks (Murlocs, etc.) may continue to have a higher winrate after expansion (right now, Murlocs are noticeably better, but this includes data from pre-expansion). I would put these as "wait and see" for now if you are not a heavy spender.
In Wild, the standout is Bloodreaver Gul'dan, who has very poor numbers in standard because of the weak pool of demons, but is doing very well in Wild.
