First thing first, i'm not a super duper pro player which plays HS enough to climb legend each season (moreover cause i don't have time to do it and sometimes cause i don't wanna do it).

However i managed to become legend some seasons ago..if you want proof i'll upload the pic.

For now i'm trying to build a deck which can be fun and pretty solid in ladder atm.
Let's talk a bit about the list:

Open the Waygate is our main wincon against most o' control decks we will face in ladder. It can be easily completed due to the big amount of cards discovered or added thanks card like Cabalist Tome or even Kazakus. It is our main wincon, but we can managed to win even without it. Infact sometimes i had to use it comboing with Doomsayer or adding tons o' value with Frost Lich Jaina.

As i said, our main wincon is: Giant + Simulacrum + quest + Jaina. (We might have to face armors/iceblocks and so on, so this wincon has a 70% wincon rate)

For now i will discuss only particular choises in my decklists, if you want in future i will provide a more detailed card discussion.

Burgly Bully : A ton's o value card against mage and priest.
Mage is a pretty difficult matchup. Secret mage can be kinda annoying due to his fast setup and Counterspell. Quest mage cause he has a faster and more solid wincon,so why the bully helps so much?
Secret mage has to manage a high value cart with a Fireball or a double removal providing us a bait for his counterspell or a fuel to our removals (free coins!).
Vs. Quest mage it helps a lot more! Usually quest mage doesn't have a lot of ways to trade our 4/6, so it has to deal with bully with 1 or more spells providing us 1 to 3 coins which means 1 to 3 free stacks to our quest and 1-3 extra mana that can be spent to speed up our victory (we may be able to play another card draw which provide us a lot of advantage)

Vs Priest, well the only way a priest can really deal with bully without providing us ANY kind of value is with the 5/5 silence minion, which is not really played atm. He has to trade and use 1 to 2 or 3 spells providing us a lot of advantage (we can easily outvalue him)
Skulking Geist : Well.. a very strong card agains druid and miracle priest/Silence priest (-2 inner fire -2 power word shield -2 Northshire Cleric)
