Pretty straightforward heavy-value control deck with Medivh, the Guardian using only Standard cards (for newer players).

Started out with double Northshire Cleric and controlled the board with Potion of Madness / Shadow Madness to help you trade out his early minions. Power Word: Pain used on his Skeletal Knights that give you bonus Frozen Throne cards.

Save a Holy Nova then Auchenai Soulpriest and Circle of Healing for his Frostmourne minions. A commenter also pointed out that Shadow Word: Horror would do the trick.

Play Medivh, the Guardian after Frostmourne disappears and use Arcane Giants and the 10-mana large minions from Mind Control to close out the game. Shadow Madness and Cabal Shadow Priest can also help you steal any pesky taunt cards that prevent your lethal.

 

His deck has a lot of high value cards, so Crystalline Oracle, Mind Vision and Thoughtsteal should be more than worth their place.
