Maloriak was the heroic Blackrock boss I had the most trouble with, as you need to control the board against him and his Counterspell secret prevented me from using spells to achieve control. I don't have any Kezan Mystic, so couldn't use that.

After losing so many times to him I created this minion-only deck with the aim to neutralise the advantage he gets with his heroic hero power. If you have Kezan Mystic cards, then you're better of using another deck with spells, though.

There are two legendaries, but you can get them from adventures. The two epic cards can be replaced by another Psych-o-Tron or Sunwalker in case you don't have them.

Anyway, with this deck I could finally defeat Maloriak after a few tries. In my winning game, neither Maloriak nor I played anything in turn 1. In turn 2 I summoned a Silver Hand Recruit and he a Mad Scientist. In turn 3 I summoned an Emperor Cobra and controlled the board from there on.

If Maloriak plays Release the Aberrations! early, then simply restart unless you can turn the tables on him quickly with a Mind Control Tech, or two. In my winning game, he never played/drew it.

The preferred target to silence for a Spellbreaker would be a Sludge Belcher or a Mad Scientist due to their undesirable deathrattles, but if a Drakonid Crusher or a Flesheating Ghoul get's too powerful it might be necessary to silence that instead. (Preferably after your Faceless Manipulator has become a copy of it!)
