Hearthpwn

I created this deck to beat the crone. You have to smorc her to death before turn 8 or you are very likely to die to twisting nether, so this deck is hyper aggressive!

Latest edit: replaced Stalagg with Salty Dog as it is the same stat line but cheaper to craft for anyone looking to try this deck :)

You pretty much need to get mad scientist down on turn 2, you use it to pull snake trap which gives you some 1/1 taunts once Dorothy gets attacked on your opponents next turn. When you need to get more taunts out use abusive sergeant, fiery bat, huge toad, argent horserider, mad scientist, snake trap, unleash the hounds, or spellbreaker.

argent horserider is great as a taunt as it also has divine shield and charge, you can usually use it to clear a minion while still leaving a taunt on the board. Spellbreaker is meant to be saved for if the crone drops an abomination, having all your minions get wiped off the board kind of ruins the strategy.

Ideally you want to get micro machine or scavenging hyena down on turn 3 as charge minions, you only go face with them as they are prime smorc tools, micro machine is preferred over scavenging hyena.

Ice Rager, Magma Rager, and Stallag are good power house smorc minions to put on the charge side. Arcanosmith should also be put on the charge side as it also produces a taunt, though if you absolutely needed two taunts you could put it on the right.

Ancient Shade is the real mvp smorc card as it has 7 attack for 4 mana and you aren't likely to even draw the ancient curse before you kill the crone as you are going to kill her within 8 turns.

Using this deck, I was able to beat the crone before turn 8 without taking any face damage/Dorothy dying: turn 2 mad scientist, turn 3 micro machine, also had ancient shade and stalagg out by the end!
