Greetings Fellow HS Players. My name is Headrilla, I am not a pro player but I consider my self competent enough to make this guide to share my current wild deck that I will be using to grind out my golden hunter with. This is my first guide on here so please leave me some feedback and any questions you have.Usually each month I grind at least to rank 10 and usually get bored and can't find the motivation to grind to rank 5 and beyond (usually due to a combination of work and having 3 kids).

As we all know, most of the deathrattle cards that have rotated out ( I'm talking about you belcher and shredder) are extremely OP! This gives us a huge potential to utilize our Forlorn Stalker to buff up powerful minions and give us a huge N'Zoth board to seal the game. While I do know that this is likely not a new or ground breaking archetype, this is my own custom list.

The way that I play this deck is to control the board early game while maintaining pressure with hero power and freezing trap. Then around turn 6 you should have enough pressure to seal the game turn 8 with a Call of the Wild.

I am always looking to expand my friends list on HS and have met many good friends in my time playing HS. If you would like to add me to your friends list for questions, you can add me at Headrilla#1491. Thanks for looking and may the RNG be with you.......always.

Replacements/Tech:

I would of included Loatheb in here in place of one UTH but I DE him to make all those cool new cards( I know i paid all that gold and should craft him again for this deck and my patron build).  I want to try Cairne in place of Sylvanas and Deadly Shot in place of UTH for the druid matchup. You can also include Explosive Trap in place of Freezing Trap for the aggro matchup.

Strategy:

I have not been using any tracking software to track my wins and the wins posted are the games that I remember over the last week of playing this deck since last Saturday. My win rate is 17-3

Mage:2-1

Against Mage I want sticky minions like Haunted Creeper, and Shredder while trying to get some early removal like Quick Shot and Eaglehorn Bow to deal with their Mana Wyrm and Apprentices.

Warrior: 2-0

I haven't faced many warriors yet but I like to keep sticky minions that will bait out their removal like Haunted Creeper, Piloted Shredder etc. Keeping a Forlorn Stalker is good for this as you will get to build bigger minions that are harder to remove.

Priest:3-0

At most I have seen 3 priests so far that have all been N'Zoth. I will always keep Stalker(especially with the coin), Piloted Shredder, and Quick Shot for their pesky cleric.

Pally:3-0

Sticky Minions again, seems to be the trend!!!!!!!. Play for board control and get ready to fill the board with your awesome animal companions.

Warlock:2-0

Mulligan for removal. I keep Mad Scientist, Freezing Trap, Bow, Quick Shot, and Unleash the Hounds. Keep the board as long as you can and set the tempo then by turn 6 you should be getting set up for Dr. Boom, or Call of the Wild which can really move you into snowball mode.

Hunter:2-0

Mull for  Forlorn Stalker, Creeper, Mad Scientist and Piloted Shredder. Get some minions buffed with stalker and it is hard for them to overcome your minions.

Druid:1-2

This has been my toughest match I am 1-2 against druid playing Fandral. The reason that this match to me is so tough is all of the taunts that they have and some potential Fandral plays they can make. Fandral with power of the wild on just 2 minions can just ruin your day. If they are running Cenarius it is even tougher. I will try to go balls to the wall against druid and try to make a kill. Sometimes it will line up and sometimes it will not.

Shaman: 2-0

I go for sticky minions here, control the board and you will win.  A well timed Freezing trap on a Flamewreathed Faceless will definitely swing the game in your favor.

Summary:

I personally am loving this build and have had a lot of success with it in wild. I am currently at rank 15 and it has gotten me through the god forsaken ranks.
