A few weeks ago I was sitting on 3 quests for hunter and no decks to use, so I decided to play around with N'zoth since he's my favorite card from this expansion.  I tweaked around with this deck a few days ago and took it extremely fast up the ladder to Rank 4 without much play time invested.  Many of the card choices were made to go against many of the most common match-ups I saw.  It can be play out a variety of ways, both aggressively against control matches and as a steady tempo/midrange deck against aggro/zoo.

A few mentions on card decisions:
Infested Tauren:  VIP against so many zoo and shaman decks.  It's disruptive, sticky, and makes a N'zoth turn pump out a taunt or two to keep you alive to capitalize on it.

On the Hunt:  This little guy is an overlooked gem.  It reaches over taunts to finish off damaged minions, creates a cheap beast for Kill Command and Ram Wrangler, and gets a small buff from the Azure Drakes.

Harrison Jones:  Warriors and shamans are two of your most common matchups.  Nothing spells the end of a shaman like killing off that doom hammer and drawing 6 answers for anything he can do.

Snipe and Frozen Trap:  These two can be subbed out for Explosive Trap if you are facing a lot of zoo.  They both disrupt the hell out of many classes.  Snipe benefits from the Azure Drake and is often times forgotten about by other players.  People forget to test for it and you can nail big threats before they hit the board.

Non-Tech Notable Inclusions:
Ram Wrangler:  Whispers made this guy great. Infested Wolf,  On the Hunt, and Bear Trap make having a beast on the board so much easier than before.  This card can outright win you games on turn 4 or 5.  The smaller beasts are pretty rare (thank god the god damned parrot is gone) and you usually get way more than 5 mana worth out of this card.

Azure Drake:  Spell power works for a few cards here, but he's a decent body for the mana and the card draw is important.  We aren't running any other card draw in this deck but we do generally need one of the three finishers to close out.  This helps us hunt for the Call of the Wilds and N'zoth.  It's also an almost taunt sort of creature as people prioritize killing this whenever it hits the board.

Notable Exclusions:
Eaglehorn Bow:  Yes I'm running traps, but I just couldn't find the deck space to justify this.  The Infested Tauren replaced this guy for the meta.  If it slows down to a more control oriented meta than go for the bow.  However you will lose the N'zoth taunt.

Unleash the Hounds:  I control the board with creatures and frankly I rarely see too many enemy minions.  If you are facing a lot of zoo this card is wonderful.  I seem them moderately and find I am favored in the match-up without it.  I prefer the more versatile On the Hunt right now for controlling the game early.

Quick Shot: I rarely run out of cards unless it's the very end.  I have double kill command and minions that trade well to keep board control.

If you guys like this deck, I'll break down a mulligan guide and in depth guide to card substitutions.
