TIPS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR GAMEPLAY:
UPDATE: This got to Rank 1 of Hot in just a few hours, thanks to you guys. This is by far the best deck to climb right now and I actually haven't lost a game with it since I created this guide ramping it from a 80% to a 84%. I'm quite sure this deck can stand at a 65% winrate in competitive play.
This is the current version of the Totem Shaman, which turned out to be far superior to other shaman decks that run Flamewreathed Faceless
Pro-Player Xixo played a variation of this deck at dreamhack and the legend player Loyan created the archetype for this deck.
It's super easy to climb with this as it can be super aggressive and you can win by turn 6 easily. It seems like Priest is actually it's worst matchup and you don't see those often on ladder.
Card Explanation:
I made this video real quick explaining how and in which combination to use the cards. It's a card guide and nothing more, but I hope you still enjoy it. Full gameplay and explanation is coming soon.
MULLIGAN:
In general you want to mulligan for your early game.
Argent Squire, Tunnel Trogg, Flame Juggler, Totem Golem, Tuskarr Totemic
As you can see there are ALOT of cards you can mulligan for, so you usually start with a good hand. There are a few decks where you want to keep specific cards in your hand to counter the opponnent sooner or later.
vs. SHAMAN
Keep Lightning Bolt or Rockbiter Weapon + your early game cards. You can also keep a Hex instead and use it on their Dr.4 aka. Flamewreathed Faceless once they play it, putting them in a huge disadvantage.
vs. WARLOCK
Keep Lightning Storm or Tunnel Trogg + Lightning Bolt most of the warlocks are Zoo and a well timed Lightning Storm just fucks em over, but be careful not to use it too early, or they'll just fill the board again. Trogg + Lightning Bolt destroys their turn one Voidwalker and challenges any of their 2 drops without dying itself.
vs. WARRIOR
Nothing special to keep, except Harrison Jones IF you techd him in. Just look for your early game and try to accelerate before the warrior gets too much armor or board control.
REPLACEMENTS:
There aren't alot of replacements to be honest. NO YOU CAN'T REPLACE Tunnel Trogg!
You can replace Lightning Storm or Feral Spirit or Argent Squire for a Flamewreathed Faceless and Harrison Jones
VIDEOS MADE OF THIS DECK:
Seems too slow at 8 mana. This deck really tops out at 5 mana, because Thing from Below will be heavily reduced.
Dont feed in to it, just ignore em
Well, after short glance on deck-list:
Keeping Hearthstone Fresh:
"The most popular
DruidShaman decks are consistently composed of the same big chunk ofDruidShaman cards. That puts a damper on deckbuilding creativity and has left the Druids feeling stagnant. We want to inject some life intoDruidShaman deckbuilding, so we’re adjusting some of the worst offenders."Such a fun deck, very powerful too! Thanks!
Is this do able without Tunnel Trogg and if yes with what should I replace it ?
Is shaman even playable without Tunnel Trogg?
Replace it with a new deck.
Is there no way ? Kind of sad because I did enjoy Shaman so far and used all my dust for this class :(
How about sir finley ? LOL
1-0 vs C'thun Priest / 0-1 vs N'zoth Priest
2-0 vs midrange Shaman / 1-0 vs control Shaman / 0-1 vs evolve Shaman
0-1 vs some weird hybrid-C'thun midrange Shaman
1-0 vs Yogg Mage / 1-0 vs tempo Mage
1-0 vs zoo, absolutely wrecked it
1-0 vs face Hunter
0-1 vs control multi-reno Rogue
1-0 vs C'thun control Warrior
Overall it's a very versatile deck, and assuming you get your mulligan up correctly and don't misplay you're likely to finish the game by turn 8.
The fact that BGH is not often played might make this card playable, but honestly it sucks.
Depends what time a day you play it.. I decided to give this deck a tryout for a few hours, first during day, then in the afternoon.
After daytime games: 4-4
After the afternoon games: 12-7 (so 8-3 in the afternoon).
It's a bit small pool of games to take much from it, and the RNG factor on draw/mulligan comes into play more for some decks than others. But it gives an indication - and I can say the general feeling was that afternoon games was alot easier too. I even did alot of simple mistakes near the end, while sms'ing with a girl, and still managed to win games comfortably. During the day while fully focused and rested, and at a lower rating too, it was alot tougher games. I bet this deck is too weak against serious players, those you tend to face more of in the off-hours, and do alot better against the kids getting home from school.
So far with this deck:
what do you use to track the games? I've seen so many posts like this, but now I'm finally asking. thank you

Kappa
It's called "Hearthstone decktracker" very simple.

I like it, brings me back to when totems ruled the earth. 5-2 in ladder so far
